I had such a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The food here is absolutely authentic and delicious. The chili oil (油泼辣子) looks bright red and fiery, but surprisingly, it’s perfect even for those who don’t eat spicy food. The hand-pulled noodles are perfectly chewy and have just the right texture.

Here to try their new copper hot pot. It’s not only authentic and delicious, but the source and noodle are over the top. I know they have been hand-making noodle for years, but they even made their sources. Perfect match for the hot pot to bring it to whole another level.

There are two options. You can do the kabobs or hotpot. We wanted to try the hotpot but there were not enough tables for hotpot. The wait would have been way too long-So we opted for the kabobs. It was good. The chicken feet is served cold-it was good, but we couldn’t get past the fact that the claws on the chicken feet were not clipped. The best were the potato straws. So flavorful and crispy. The kabobs were good as well.
