Fat Straws BOBA & Mochi Donuts (Plano)

This used to be the best boba place in the world for me for 16 years. I didn't know the people because I do a quick stop and go, and young employees come and go as well, but I can tell that this year, it's under new management because the tapioca hasn't been great. You can no longer find that perfect tapioca texture from there. One visit recently, all the tapiocas were hard. I took a picture of it, but it's too nasty to post. I thought, that's the first time they messed it up. I came back yesterday, I enjoyed the first 3 sips, then here goes the hard tapioca again. I will never go back or recommend this place anymore. They are not the same. They can't do it however the other management did it. Fat Straw in Plano which had the best boba tea is gone.

This is my fav boba place. The quality is top notch and curbside pickup service is a plus. Definitely recommend this place.

The milk teas are still sweeter even with 50% less sugar, but the mochi Dubai chocolate flavor was the delicious. I didn’t get the chance to take a picture, the kids loved it.

This location has friendly staff, great service & delicious drinks. My husband and I always look forward to coming here. We can’t rave enough about how great this location is—the people make it awesome. We always choose here for our boba fix.

This is my favorite boba place! My husband and I come here once a week because we love the variety and flavors.

Came in Saturday morning, I wantsd a caramel frappe but I discovered they put ice cream in it which I can’t eat due to diet restrictions but the guy in the back gave me an alternative to making it with ice cream and he even let me try it to see if I liked it and to my surprise it was still just as delicious! Thank you I love Fat straws this by far my favorite location

I can go here EVERYDAY. Great drinks and AWESOME MOCHI DONUTS. Family from out of town always wants us to get them some mochi donuts. They're addicted 😉

Taro cold brew & strawberry mochi donut. Yum. Nice staff and cute little place

So disappointed, drove 30 minutes to this location really excited to finally try their donuts and upon arrival they told me they did not have any donuts, the classic milk tea was very watered down no flavor and the strawberry banana smoothie tasted like artificial bubblegum. Do not recommend.
