Firehouse Subs Coit Rd At Park

One of my favorite sub sandwich chains. I always order ahead online, and picking it up is quick and easy.

The few types of sandwiches I have tried are hearty and have high quality ingredients.

Ordered two sandwiches and one was thrown out simply because they didn’t read anything I ordered to be on the sandwich. Reading is a fundamental thing that I guess isn’t necessary for American society anymore? Shaking my head…..

Excellent experience every single time. The taste is the sandwiches, the speed of service, the friendliness of the staff (especially Cisco, the manager) and the cleanliness of the store are consistent. I live in Addison but come to this location for those reasons.

Great sub. Hot and out relatively quickly considering it was lunch time with 2 people staffed! They were polite and patient. Happy they brought the hot sauce bar back, but I do slightly disagree with their scale! ( I know this is not on the franchise itself but on Firehouse, lol. ) For example, they have Cholula a 5/10 spiciness and Tobasco classic 6/10! To be fair, maybe my spicy tolerance is a little high...

I have never left a review before but this one deserves it. Ordered through Uber Eats and 3/4 sandwiches came like this. How can anyone that works in this place think it’s okay to serve a sandwich like this? Straight bread and lettuce with 2 pieces of meat on only one side. Never again, go to another location.

I’ve been here before, but within the last year it has significantly gone downhill. The last time I was here I purchased a cookie and they didn’t give it to me. This most recent time I ordered and she asked if I wanted a pickle, I said no and could I could trade it out for a cookie. She said no so I select my own cookie and grab it…. From there I waited for my food and upon receiving it no one said anything to me; no thank you, goodbye, have a good night, etc. until I literally stared at them. Even then they didn’t say much of anything, and this is not a matter of a language barrier. When I opened my food, there was a giant pickle sitting on top of my sandwich that had since drained into my sandwich. Not only did I tell them no I didn’t want a pickle, they added it on top of the sandwich and didn’t care one bit! They only put jalapeños on one side of the section and not dispersed. This sandwich is inedible given the pickle juice and lack of care… it reeks of pickles. The last time I was here they screwed me out of a cookie, as they said they’d put it in the bag and did not. Need to be consistent besides being consistently poor service. Do not recommend this firehouse.
