I have never left a review before but this one deserves it. Ordered through Uber Eats and 3/4 sandwiches came like this. How can anyone that works in this place think it’s okay to serve a sandwich like this? Straight bread and lettuce with 2 pieces of meat on only one side. Never again, go to another location.

I’ve been here before, but within the last year it has significantly gone downhill. The last time I was here I purchased a cookie and they didn’t give it to me. This most recent time I ordered and she asked if I wanted a pickle, I said no and could I could trade it out for a cookie. She said no so I select my own cookie and grab it…. From there I waited for my food and upon receiving it no one said anything to me; no thank you, goodbye, have a good night, etc. until I literally stared at them. Even then they didn’t say much of anything, and this is not a matter of a language barrier. When I opened my food, there was a giant pickle sitting on top of my sandwich that had since drained into my sandwich. Not only did I tell them no I didn’t want a pickle, they added it on top of the sandwich and didn’t care one bit! They only put jalapeños on one side of the section and not dispersed. This sandwich is inedible given the pickle juice and lack of care… it reeks of pickles. The last time I was here they screwed me out of a cookie, as they said they’d put it in the bag and did not. Need to be consistent besides being consistently poor service. Do not recommend this firehouse.

Our family, neighbors, and friends are always delighted to dine-in or take-out food from Firehouse Subs at Coit Rd. The service, the cleanliness, and the friendly atmosphere has been top-notch for many years. We appreciate the professionalism and leadership of your Manager Maria Dolores and all her crew. We are blessed to have this store close to us. It is undoubtedly the best Firehouse Subs store we have ever visited. As a matter of fact, this store is always our first choice when considering fast food lunch or dinner. Thank you all.

Ordered through Postmates, the restaurant confirmed my order, and I went to pick up. Somehow they weren't filling online orders, even though they had accepted it and I had paid. The not so pleasant employees said they couldn't do anything for me. For a first experience at this restaurant, it sure has me thinking I won't be back!

Excellent, the best Fire House in Dallas.

Food as always was good, pretty filling as I had a Large.The register girl was doing homework it looked like on a laptop, but was very attentive if anyone came in to order, so no issue there.

We put an order in at 1:36. We were there at 1:40, my wife told the lady at the front the name of the order. App said it would be done at 1:50.

Here is the problem, our order was done at 1:45, and they didn't tell us, they put the order back on a rack behind the counter. So our food sat there until 2pm before I went in and asked when our food was going to be ready.

Lady at the front was rude about it, she should be disciplined.

Not only that, they got the order wrong. This is no lettuce

My husband and I love Firehouse Subs. This location did not disappoint. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Dining room was very clean. Our subs were prepared perfectly. If we are ever in the area we will be back.
