It's a little odd to advertise a sandwich with 4 things on them but then not have two of the 4 things available on that particular sandwich!!!! I elected to leave without a sandwich all together!

I can only assume this is a franchise location, as the cleanliness and the tidiness of the restaurant is poor and not what I have experience in the corporate own locations I have visited. Both men's and women's bathrooms were filthy with overflowing trash and dirty toilets that my kids wanted to go to a gas station for the restroom. Additionally the drink fountain area was a mess too, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months with splatter stains, and even bits of food on the ice dispenser, that being said there was no ice until a guest requested it filled. The overall appearance of the location gives the sense that cleanliness is unimportant to the owner, which is pretty sad given the location isn't all that old. The one bright spot was the individual working, he was very nice.

I love firehouse subs, but this is a terrible location. Slow, get orders incorrect and act shocked when you want them to fix it. Very disorganized.

This place is complete joke. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

First of all, I love Firehouse subs, just not this Firehouse subs.

We have eaten here twice, and that was more than enough to know we won't again. Service both times had felt awckward and unwelcoming. The term "side eye"best fits the employee manner of interaction with us. Each time they took our order, however neither time did it feel like they were engaged or cared.

Both times the food was crushed and compressed when we unwrapped it, though it tasted reasonable to what was expected. Besides appearance the first time the food satisfied. The second visit however made me so sick that I considered the emergency room and cancelled all next day plans to recover.

The first time we ate in, the second we took to-go, as we felt cramped while seated as they didn't have much room inside for standing customers, so they are forced to stand nearly on top of seated customers. The whole place just feels cramped and unwelcoming in contrast to other locations.

Over all at this time, avoid this location unless they get their business sorted out. Unfortunate for us as the location is close to work,

Not sure what is up with this location. It's designed more for takeout orders vs dining there. The staff seemed off and their attention was elsewhere. Almost as if we were an imposition. Overall, my experience was sketchy at best and resulted in my fiance getting food poisoning.

I love Firehouse Subs, but recommend you go to a different location.

Subs are great but the people working there should be retrained. Every time I’ve come here they’ve forgotten something in my order and caught an attitude when I asked for it. The last two times they’ve forgotten to make my Mac and cheese and the two Indian dudes acted like they had an attitude when I asked if they’d forgotten it. I’m literally sitting down right now still waiting for my Mac smh. Wish places hired people who understood southern manners.

I came in for my lunch break to grab a bite . When I came into the establishment, the line was all the way to the door. So I placed my order online, hoping it can be started to be worked on. After placing my order , I told the worker I was picking up an order and my name . The staff reassured me it was being worked on . Nobody checked online order tickets. After 15mins of waiting another staff member asked my name for my order and stated it would done in a few minutes. I waited another 15 mins , no order. All the customers that walked in received orders and pick ups . I asked the staff again and the staff stated my online order just came in . I told the staff I was on my lunch break which is only 30 mins. Staff just placed my order on the counter after 5 more min of waiting. The food was okay. But it wasn’t work waiting 30 plus mins . A sub shop should not take that long to prepare 2 sandwiches.

I had high hopes when I walked in smelled delicious. Ordered my food lady was abrasive. Got my food & my co workers food. Went back to work to find none of the sandwiches were correct, not even close. Completely different type of sandwiches than we ordered.
