My husband and I had brunch here and for the second time, I ordered the Eggs Benedict Florentine and specifically requested that the poached eggs be prepared medium. The egg yolks were runny and I returned the order. I'm done ordering Eggs Benedict at this restaurant.
I replaced the order with a bowl of oatmeal with fresh fruit and it was delicious. The muffin was served cold with no butter so the experience was OK but definitely not great.
There are so many options for Brunch in Collin county so we'll take our brunch business to another restaurant.

I have to say that this was the best brunch that I’ve had in some time! Not only was the food fresh, yummy, and of minimal wait but the customer service was spot on as well. The restroom was clean and free of odor. Coffee was somewhat lukewarm but dint taste old! The purple haze drink was quite interesting and tasty! I don’t live near this area but there is one around the corner from me so hopefully the experience is just as great!

I’m sad to report a very disappointing experience at the First Watch location on Custer in Plano.
I previously visited the First Watch in Carrollton on Preston and had a great experience—friendly staff and delicious food—so I was genuinely excited to try this location. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite.
From the moment we walked in, the hostess was unfriendly and unapproachable. We politely asked for a booth, and she glanced down at her paperwork and bluntly said, “We can’t seat you there.” We smiled and moved on, but throughout our entire visit, no one was ever seated in the booth we had requested, which was frustrating and confusing.
Even setting the service aside, the food was very disappointing. The dishes were hard and overcooked. The salmon served with my poached eggs tasted stale—it genuinely felt like I was eating old food.
Between the poor attitude and the bad food, this was a really unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning to this location.
