Service, food, atmosphere; great hamburger and I love that they give extra fries.

Vegetarian options: BE AWARE!! They do use peanut oil and serve shelled peanuts.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Many highchairs and busters. Children will also enjoy eating peanuts while waiting for their food.

Food is delicious. Cleanest restaurant I’ve been to. I even saw a guy cleaning the grout and soda machine!! Can’t wait to come back and enjoy another burger. They take such good care of this spot.

Such a big burger! I got the small burger and it was still huge. It had been a minute since I went to Five Guys and I’m glad I did decide to spin the block in them! Good classic burgers and good fries!

The worst, went in to pick up an order and over heard the older white man telling another employee that he didn't like working the day shift because he couldn't understand what the Mexican people were saying.....disgusting to hear this from anyone but especially an employee making fries....never never ever coming back to this establishment!

I think the employees do not receive their salaries, they work with a trip, please take care of the employees, as if they are working by force, they trip, and we will be disgraced with our own money.

Too expensive for what you get and I need a French fry option that is smaller and not approaching $6(!) in cost. The preparation time seemed excessive since there only seemed to be one to go order in front of me, and I only had one item and there were several workers in the kitchen. The Coke Zero mix was awful and undrinkable. The diet Dr pepper wasn't much better. They don't have real brewed tea, it comes out of a machine so that was not an option.

We have been here 3 times since they opened. All 3 times a disaster! We wanted to give them a chance because they are new. However, after yesterday's meal around 4:15 pm, I had to give a review. My cheeseburger tasted like it had cleaning sanitizer in it. I immediately spit it out, I didn't want to get sick. Our French fries were terrible. They were overerseasoned and heavy grease. We will not go back!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. Here is a review of my first, and last visit at any Five Guys location. A friend told me great things of this place and the fact that they served peanuts with their burgers so I thought it’d be a cool place to try. I placed an order online and went in to pick it up. The place was empty, except for the employee yelling at the person trying to talk to me. She thought it was more important to keep screaming about her previous conversation than let the girl take my order. When she was done, I let them know I had an order for pickup. The lady at the fryers said it would be a two minute wait for the French fries. I told her to take her time. After a few minutes, they gave me my order and I went to my car. I tried a fry before I started driving and noticed it was raw but figured it was probably just one out of the bunch. Ten minutes later, I tried another and it was raw as well. I took a look into the bag and they were all raw, just drenched in seasoning so it wasn’t very noticeable. It’s a 20 minute drive to my home, so I didn’t want to return halfway through the drive. I called the shop and the same girl who had been screaming earlier answered the phone. I told my fries were raw and she didn’t say anything, and after a long pause just goes “okay?” After trying to explain the situation again and getting nowhere, I asked to speak to a manager. The craziest part of all of this, is after telling the manager that my fries were completely raw, he tried to gaslight me MULTIPLE TIMES into thinking the fries were soggy. He was speaking to me like a dumb child that needed to be told that “fries get soggy when they’re in the bag.” Like sir, my family owns a chain of restaurants and I have worked in the food industry my entire life. I know the difference between raw and soggy fries. He offered no resolution other than to “take care of me next time I came in” without even taking down my information properly. When I got home, I had to cook the fries in my air fryer for 9 minutes. NINE. It’s a shame because the burger was actually quite tasty. But I would so much rather give my money to places that deserve it than a franchise being run by terrible management. Below are photos and videos of the “soggy fries”? Believe it or not, cooked, soggy fries don’t resist when you try to squeeze them. Only raw fries do.
