So I realize that they were busy with a private party, so after having sought out an employee who was willing to take the time to give me some direction, I was told by a server that we could be seated anywhere on the patio (100 degrees) and she would be happy to take care of us. We chose a soft cushioned settee and started taking in the “vibe” the music was a little overbearing for a Thursday evening, and they could have used some misters but overall the atmosphere was nice. Our server presented a menu (not many food choices) when she seated us and told us she would bring us some water while we looked over the menu. After about five minutes no one ever returned. We felt totally invisible and with the heat being unbearable and that loud base beat of the music. We left. Not sure which Miami vibe they are going for but I lived there for a while and….. nope.

i came here with 13 of my friends on 7/16 for a part of my birthday celebration. i had never been before - i had just stumbled upon it online, saw great reviews, loved the pictures and was interested in the menu - so i decided to book a reservation about a month in advance for my get together to try it out. the booking process was smooth to begin with. when we arrived, they had reserved tables for us in our own little section which was awesome. we received service fast as guests arrived, everyone enjoyed their drinks, the charcuterie board is just as huge as the picture (was a HIT and a great group food option), they had a wonderful woman come by promoting her own vodka and gave us two free samples for all of us as we were there (Neft Vodka is the name - a new fave of ours!) — they even put my birthday cake in their fridge until it was time for it. just so courteous and friendly! we were there from 5:30-7:30 so also while happy hour was going on so everyone was very pleased with pricing. all i can say is: i had several (3-4) different people in my group ask how i found Fizz, talked about how great the ambience is & how it’s just a super cool place! i definetely recommend Fizz to others and will be back in the future!:) thank you guys for making my 23rd birthday special!
