Food was good and place is nice !! My only concern was at the time to pay my dinner the service asks for more tip that the one I give them !!! I didn’t want to be rude at all , but she didn’t deserve to be tip or even more !!! Be careful

The chicken tenders are exceptional. Tender and well seasoned. Kettle chips are not over cooked and seasoned nicely. The onions rings are ok. If Ford's could bread and season the onion rings like their chicken tenders that would be awesome. French fries are crispy. The napkins are blue shop towels. They are actually excellent napkins. The server was friendly and attentive. We'll be back.

I placed an online order for pickup today. When I arrived, I was not greeted, despite the restaurant not being busy. I approached the hostess stand to inform the staff member that I was there to pick up my order. She went to retrieve it and, upon returning, placed the order on a nearby table rather than handing it to me directly. I found this interaction unprofessional and discourteous. I will not be back

I decided to try this restaurant because the garage-themed décor caught my attention. The concept is fun and visually interesting.
The staff was warm and friendly, and honestly, that was the highlight of our visit.
My wife ordered a burger on a gluten-free bun. The presentation looked great—the patty was massive—but unfortunately, the flavor didn’t live up to the size. Big burger, small taste.
She also ordered chicken wings. The exterior had a nice char and was coated in a tangy-sweet BBQ sauce that looked promising. Inside, though, the chicken was fatty. At least it wasn’t dry—but that’s a low bar.
I ordered the tomato basil soup. Most restaurants serve soup hot; this one did not. The server warned me that the plate was very hot, but failed to mention how cold the soup itself was. In hindsight, I should’ve known—earlier I asked for hot water and received something barely warm. I understand the restaurant has burn concerns, but if waivers are an option, I’ll sign one. Hot food should be hot. The soup was reheated (clearly microwaved) and returned. To be fair, the flavor and seasoning were good.
The biggest disappointment, however, was my salad. The greens were mushy, and the chicken—despite looking nicely grilled—was stringy, tough, and unpleasant to chew. Appearance clearly matters more here than execution.
In the end, this place nails the garage aesthetic but misses the mark on the food. It’s a good spot for an oil change—not so much for a memorable meal.
Ford's looks welcoming and it certainly is. Unique and fun ambience, great burgers, and awesome sides. Great service as well, highly recommended.

We came in and sat there for over 20 mins and no one served us! No water, no we will be with you in a moment, NOTHING! We were the only African Americans there so it definitely spoke unwelcome! Will never go back nor will I recommended to anyone of color!

As you can see we order almost all the appetizers and every thing was delicious . The onion rings, cheese curds and pretzels were out of this world. Our entree’s were the star of the show 10/10. Service was on point we felt right at home . The inside of the restaurant was so creative and a fun atmosphere.

I was there for the first time today and the atmosphere is great. Drinks awesome. The service was great. The steak was so salty and was to much pepper. 😩 I didn't want to send it back. I had just brought my mom from having her scans done for cancer and we were tired and hungry.
