I ordered 3 burritos online. When I arrived at the restaurant, they said they had run out of most of their food due to a $5.99 promotion and couldn't make my order. No one called to save me a trip, and they couldn't cancel my order at the store. I'm unable to get a response from online support. I'll have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Terrible service.

Have ordered from here quite a few times. Bowls and Burritos are always made consistently and taste great. Queso is real good as well. Chips are nice and crispy. However little too salty. Great place to get a quick bite.

I cannot speak highly enough about this Plano Freebirds. I have been a regular at this location for about a year now and have had the pleasure to get to know the staff over this time. There has not been a restaurant where I have had a better and more consistent experience than Plano Freebirds. The food here is considerably fresher and more flavorful than other locations in the area and honestly I can’t recall a single time where I’ve eaten a burrito that’s fallen apart. That’s coming from the man responsible for the exponential increase in tortilla strip orders for this location. The best part of my experience coming to Plano Freebirds is without a doubt the staff members. Lindsey is an incredible person, manager, and has been a joy to get to know. The team being ran here is a reflection of the extreme competence and character from Lindsey. I can’t thank everyone involved here at Plano Freebirds enough.

When we entered the place was completely empty, and there were flies on the food. I didn't eat obviously.
I love the burritos with cayenne tortillas, and the ingredients they use here. The staff works hard but they're always friendly. 99 percent of the time anyway. I rarely have any complaints about this location.

One of my friends is a huge Freebirds fan, I’m sort of mid on it, but I was pretty impressed this last time we met for lunch. Alternative to Chipotle, probably better known for their burritos and healthy alternatives. This time I added a creamy chipotle sauce and that made it really good. I’ll go back again - definitely worth a visit if you haven’t tried it.

Arrived at 8:30pm - an hour before they closed - the employees were obviously eager to leave. All of the food ingredient containers were out of the case and sitting on the counter. They were out of two meats and we were told it would be 15 minutes to cook them. As we were sitting down they took the teas to the back which we were wanting. We have been to 4 separate freebirds all over the state and this was by far the worst location we have been to.

First time trying Freebirds and it didn't meet my expectations. I ordered a monster GRANDE bowl online and the bowl was monster GRANDE but the food was less than half a bowl, do I need to pay an extra tip online to get a regular bowl of food?
