As a burrito connoisseur, I can honestly say that my burrito from here today was one of the best in my life. Lyndsey made me a wonderful lunch and gave me great service. Will be going back for a great experience again.

This was my first time trying Freebirds, and it did not meet my expectations. Maybe it's the location ... Upon arrival the place was dead. There was literally 1 customer besides myself. Not one staff member greeted me as a customer. I had to get their attention for help. It was around 8pm and they were already emptying the food in the front for closing, so that helped with making the place look even more dead. They forgot the chips for the queso, so I had to go back. When I got home there was no fajita chicken in the bowl I ordered, just a bunch of rice and beans ... I paid extra for guacamole and sour cream, but the amount given was laughable. I requested lettuce and there was not even half a hand full of it in the bowl. I requested tortilla chips, those was also MIA. I paid $13.00 for a bowl of rice and beans. The one thing they got right is the 3 sauces for the bowl ... I don't know if my experience would've been any better had I ordered at the store vs. online ... Chipotle triumphs over Freebirds on quantity for the buck and customer service hands down.

I thought that chain with the pepper logo was bad. Congratulations Freebird, you are worse. What is there to say, it tastes horrible. The chips, am I suppose to pay extra for salt?

Went to get nachos and quesadilla for my daughter. The food looked like it had been sitting for a while and it was not even hot. I asked them if they had a microwave just to warm up my food. The rice was crunchy and dry with no flavor. My daughter wouldn't even eat it and she loves everything. This use to be my spot but has gone down hill. I need hot food.

Quick service and friendly staff! I was able to get my food quickly and we ate there. I had a steak bowl - the steak was phenomenal. A lot of flavor. We went on a Monday around 6 o’clock and the place was empty. We were the only customers.

Literally made me sick. The meat looked like it had been sitting awhile. I should've left but she was already making my burrito. Smh. I'd love a refund. Definitely not worth the $30. Tf. First time trying it and I will never go back

Showed up to this location with our soccer teams and were told they wouldn't serve us. Wow, too good for paying patrons? Employees not wanting to work? Or worse...well if you know you know. Will never eat at this establishment or it's locations.
It's been a bit, so Freebirds it was. Wow...I shocked that it cost so much more than Chipotle. Two burritos....and almost NO flavor. Two totally different orders, all the stuff ordered, and both are incredibly BLAND. We couldn't taste any pico, any cheese, any salsa. The cilantro rice was mushy, flavorless, and BLAH. NOTHING. ZILCH. NADA. Filling, but not enjoyable or satisfying. However, the chips and salsa were outstanding!!!! So crispy and perfect. The odd thing was, walking in, it reeks of mothballs? Like a great grandma's old musty closet that hasn't been opened in decades. It was bonkers....and not necessarily good. I've never experienced anything like it. Lastly, a sigh taped to the door that 'RESTROOMS ARE FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS ONLY'! Ummmmmm this is in Plano, or the edge of Frisco. In a nice strip center with other restaurants and businesses. Not in Seattle, or San Fran...there aren't bums or grifters about. So it seemed absolutely unnecessary and petty. Will not return.

This lady was just shouting at her and forcing my daughter to decide on should she be adding to her bowl. . My daughter felt scared and intimidated by this personShe sold my 12 year old daughter a monster bowl for $17 vs a regular bowl for $8.99On Tuesday afternoon l when the store is not even crowded.Horrible experience - and waste of food.

Vegetarian options: First time order: Ordered a Monster vegetarian bowl, the quantity of veggies is just one spoon. I asked her for some extra beans since I am only getting veggies, beans and rice. She looked me as if I asked for her kidneys and said "is that enough" in rude way. Also did not ask if I want any sauces or Guac. It was not even busy, I was the only customer. Never going there again, back to chipotle on legacy.

I haven't been to Freebirds in a while, and I really enjoyed being back. Xavier made my burrito, and he was SO polite, as well as very good at listening. He made my burrito perfectly, and it was delicious! He seems like a very good worker, and someone who would be nice to work with. 10/10 for the staff there!!
