I've had a few food items from here and they were all good, they have breakfast options too! My favorite item is the chipotle panini. Staff are always friendly.

I delivered my baby at Medical City Plano, so I was there for two nights as well as for check ups prior to birth. I absolutely HAD to have these smoothies during my time thereto!!! SO YUMMY and fresh tasting! Totally recommend. I haven't tried the food, but again, smoothies were awesome.

Frulatti smoothies are legendary, even though this mall was out of the way, we drove all the way over here just for a smoothie & we would do it again, these smoothies just can't be beat by anyone else, I hope they open more locations closer to where I live soon

Slapping the word gourmet on this place should be illegal. This is gas station level food. The smoothies might be worth it but the sandwiches and soup are like microwaved middle school lunches.
For me, it's worth the trick inside the hospital to get a strawberry banana smoothie! It is worth every calorie.

We drive past ten smoothie places to Frullati. Their secret recipe keeps us coming back, especially their strawberry banana smoothie. Even during COVID19 restrictions the customer service was excellent. The people at the front door of the Plano Medical City Hospital who were prescreening for COVID19 (required for entry into the building) were very rude. It wasn't necessarily. Save it for the people who dont want to follow the rules.

The owner of this cafe is extremely rude not only to customers but his young employees as well. Gross horrible little man. Also very expensive for the food/quality of service. Will never spend another cent there again, and I have been buying food and drinks here for 2 years as it's convenient being inside the hospital where I work.
