i once ordered boba here, a yoghurt drink, and it was really reprehensible to me so i wanted to return it — watery, sour, not even remotely like a yakult if we want to use that excuse. take into consideration this is a really good boba shop and one of the best in my opinion. i come here a lot! but the person at the counter said there was "nothing she could do about it" and turned me away instead of offering a replacement. it was a bad personal experience

The drinks are not fresh and have a bad taste. When I mentioned it to the shop, they brought my drink to the kitchen and literally tasted it according to clerk. They refused to exchange a different drink. I don’t want to drink it again if someone drinks or tastes my cup. I stop going there. Not recommended to try!

this is NOT braised pork belly…usually i get the chicken which is fine but this was so bad. half of the pieces are just pure fat (on the lid) and the color, flavor, cut, and texture is all wrong.

FULLL store in the food court. Very convenient to grab the drinks after the lunch or dinner here. I got the sugarcane juice and it tasted great and thick.

Parking: Free parking lot outside the food court, sharing with some other businesses and the supermarket.

Located in the food court. Ordered from a kiosk and didn’t talk to or spoke to anyone. Waited a while for the food only to go up to the counter and see our order idle on a counter. So already not a great experience.
We ordered a bunch of items: chicken steak, chicken nuggets, blood rice cake, stinky tofu. Chicken and the stinky tofu was good. I think there are other Taiwanese restaurants that is better. I’d go back and try other restaurants in the same food court.

We got the Orange green tea and an Orange grapefruit yogurt. Drinks were good. Ordered through kiosk that accepts credit card and tap to pay.

The stinky tofu is great, but the drinks are terrible. The sugar cane juice smells like broken plastic... I took a sip and threw it away (super wasteful). Three points are for food, drinks -1000

The portion of food is big and its price is reasonable! We love coming back here whenever we crave for Taiwanese food :)

The most disgusting thing that happened at this store was when, after several sips of strawberry milk, I found a fly in my mouth. I wouldn't recommend this store unless you want to have a similar experience.

Definitely not authentic.. so disappointed not sure where all the good review came from.. must be blinded by the fact that it’s all Taiwanese SMH. Sometime you need to face the reality in order to get better but this is definitely not good
