Not sure why this is rated so low. They have less meat selection but the quality is way better. Kimchee is on point it's like your Halmoni made it. Service is great. Eomuk was delish. Overall, my favorite place for kbbq.
Our waitress was awesome and the food was delicious

Five stars for delivering a taste of Korea so real I checked the kitchen to make sure my mom wasn’t back there judging my life choices. I wasn’t expecting anything authentic but I had flashbacks of getting my hand slapped away from the kimchi jar. The flavors were so legit I almost bowed to the server out of pure instinct.

We’re regulars to the Walnut Hill location and love it there!! All the waiters and waitresses are really nice and know us. This Plano location is not the same. People are rude, they don’t talk much and forget a lot of things. Like we have to keep asking which gets embarrassing. However Food is always delicious!

The food was good for the price and the service was very attentive (I went around 9pm so there weren't many customers). I like the options they provide and the value, as you get both KBBQ and hotpot included in the AYCE price. The KBBQ meats are brought to you while the hotpot stuff is self-serve. However, I have to take off a star from this place because they played the most AWFUL music when we were there. Somehow every song sounded frustratingly familiar yet we'd never heard any of them before. When we Shazamed a few of them, it became quickly evident that the music was AI-generated. I'm not necessarily against AI, but this music was so bad that I genuinely don't want to go back and have to listen to it again.

Mee not Ok with how the server ignored our request for more food. The rule was up to 4 plates at a time, but we had to keep asking just to get one plate.

Everything is wonderful food quality and the service and just a spectacular dinner.
My only problem is that whenever you leave you smell because you're cooking the food right there and it's getting all in your clothes.
Pretty much unavoidable though, really fantastic staff!

Absolutely terrible experience.
0 customer service — the staff was rude, inattentive, and made no effort to provide even basic hospitality.
0 food quality — everything served was bland, poorly prepared, and definitely not worth the price.
On top of that, they forced us to pay a 20% tip, even though the service didn’t deserve it. Completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Han was our server and she did a great job, the employees were really kind and attentive. My cousin lost her birthday balloon I got her and they got their 10 foot tall ladder out and got it down! The food was delicious you get all you can eat AND hot pot for less than $35 if you’re able to make sure you call to reserve because they get busy on the weekends and the wait can get long. I would recommend the finger meat and tteokbokki

Can never go wrong here. You can make your own sauce and everything here is lovely. We’ve tried several other KBBQ places around DFW, and nothing compares.

This is a pretty good place for yakiniku. There is both yakiniku and hot pot. For the hot pot you can choose up to 3 different soup bases. We got the beef broth, Kim chee and hot. They were all very tasty. There isn't a really large selection of meats to choose from, but from what they have its all very good and tasty. I also really liked the taste of the dipping sauce. There was a selection of vegetables and noodles for the hot pot but again not a super wide selection, but I would say it's a good enough variety.
I have never been somewhere where you do both yakiniku and hot pot. It is a bit challenging to keep an eye on both the hotpot and what you have grilling. Since I plan to go back one day, I think I'll need to figure out a strategy for doing both the yakiniku and hot pot.
This isn't the most fancy place, but good food and casual environment. It's definitely worth giving a try.

this is the best KBBQ in DFW hands down. The atmosphere is great for a cold fall or winter night. Very cozy feeling and the staff is always super welcoming and friendly! :)
