Ordered online last night for delivery. Was quoted for 45 minutes, turned out to be an hour and 45 minutes. Ordered wings and pizza. The wings were the size of pigeon wings not chicken wings. Could not even eat them. The pizza tasted freezer burned even though they claim fresh never frozen. Never ordering from this place again.

Today WEDNESDAY my order took 1 1/2 hour to be delivered. The order initially said 45 min. I called when the order was already over the time indicated and they answered in a rush it’s on the way… Idk if it was the truth but I found it very irresponsible not telling me approximately arrival time just to have an idea. I recommend this business to have more transparency with the arrival time and make updates if necessary. First time ordering from them, the food wasn’t fresh.

I went to this location for the first time today. I got a carry out special — 1 small 1 topping pizza for $7.99. After paying, I realized that I was charged $1 more for the topping. When I inquired, I was told because I asked for extra sauce. However, the receipt nor the menu board listed a charge for extra sauce. I felt that was wrong. Now the business has lost me as a future customer & got a 1 star Google review because they overcharged me $1. I hope it was worth it.

Great tasting pizza! The best sauce! This is one of the last great American Pizza businesses. I’m glad that I can still stop in and grab A Mr. GATTI’s pizza. I’ve been loving it since I was 4 years old. I am now 35!!
Amazing! Best pizza and really care about customers. Repeat customers and knew order on phone. First visit to this location. Best Mr. Gattis ever!

Mr Gatti's at Park and Coit Rds is a good quality chain that uses fresh topping ingredients. And the dough tastes fresh. Can do pickup or delivery for a fair price. More importantly for me is they do not use Soybean oil or Soy flour in their tomato sauce or pizza dough, nor add Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) to their pizza dough or tomato sauce, ALL of which I am VERY ALLERGIC to ingesting. Sadly other chains' food products cook with (very unhealthy for men by the way) soybean oil & soy flour because it is so CHEAP (farmers receive gov subsidies to grow soybeans.). (In my layman's view, soy products are NOT healthy hormonally for anyone to ingest, unless you are a menopausal woman who needs lots of estrogen.)
