My wife and I dropped by for lunch.
It works such that you order your burger and get your beverage. Then sit down. When your order is called you pick up your food. Then bring it to the condiment station and build your own burger.
The meat and bun is tasty - and you decide what else it should taste like depending on your choices at the condiments station.
I am not a fan of the “buffet”-like style these burgers are made. Everyone is touching the utensils at the station, and there are no gel to clean hands before starting.
Besides taking your order there is no real service at the restaurant.
The decor is real nice.
The three stars are given because of the condiment station, which I really is not a fan of.

California chicken sandwich all the way. Huge poece of chicken you can top however you want at the sides bar. Everytime I'm in plano I make a point to go. Sweet potato fries are great there too.

Always amazing food. Everybody that works. There is very cordial they do their job great

Vegetarian options: I wouldn't say it's vegetarian. It's they do have a veggie burger and they do have salmon patties

Dietary restrictions: They do have a good sides bar which you could use at the salad bar

Parking: Usually there's parking. Just drive up Park going

It's a joke. This place used to be good and a family business. They say their burgers are half a pound and not even close..more like quarter pound..then they say they are open to 10 and I have been there several times at 930 and they are closing and refuse to honor the business times. Do yourself a favor and find a place that cares about the customer. It's sad and should be closed down..your better off going to Sonic.

An African American gentleman and his dog came inside the store. Workers didn’t care and let them chill while the man ordered. The beautiful dog was well mannered and made my night. The owner let me pet the dog. Righteous. I felt like I was in the heat 2003 in this building.

Definitely coming here again!

This place was GREAT! Everything else in the area is overpriced and haughty, but I was impressed to find delicious burgers and cheese fries here for moderate prices ($10 for a burger is amazing these days at a sit-down restaurant) that my entire party of eight thoroughly enjoyed! The burger bar meant I had an endless supply of jalapenos and could stack as much lettuce and as many tomatoes on my burger as I wanted. The staff was nice and the cooks were VERY quick with our orders. I left the restaurant feeling so full and happy that I had a nap in the car on the way back home.

Come visit this restaurant. It's worth it!

Vegetarian options: They offer black bean burgers as a vegetarian substitute

Dietary restrictions: Salads are an option

Parking: There are at least thirty parking spaces to use. It's perfectly fine.

Kid-friendliness: Music isn't too loud and is appropriate for children

Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on flat ground
