Just don’t come here if you have a large party, service is horrendous, mix ups everywhere, no portion control… which sucks because the food was really good. But also charged us wrong on multiple checks

I am truly at a loss of words with our experience last night. I have never experienced service this bad!We had a large party come in with reservations for 7 that had been planned far prior to this day! We get seated and have no water for about 30-40 minutes. We Waited over an hour for our tables drinks, finally order food waited over 1 hour and a half for our food!At this time our table was noticeably annoyed and in need of water & drink refills. After the food had finally arrived RIGHT! We wanted our checks asap to which we waited over ANOTHER HOUR for our checks and The server asked everyone to help her split up the checks which our table did. All while our server and table clearly were in need of help, The manager clay was laughing cutting up and chilling at the bar Doing absolutely nothing to help the situation. One of the guys in our party got onto to the manager for sitting there and not helping our server to which the manager clay comes back with passive aggressive rude insults toward a paying customer…with one of the comments saying “do you think I know your tables orders to get yalls check” instead of finding a solution to the problem he was most definitely escalating the issue trying to assert his “dominance” instead of being a manager. At this time our table had been sitting waiting 4 HOURS in total! Of course we were outraged with the managers responses and the way things were handled for how much our table was paying. The manager clay needs to be fired! He is Absolutely so unprofessional rude and a complete prick.Long story short at the end of the night the birthday girl was apologizing to the entire party for having her birthday dinner here! We Will not ever be back or recommend this place to anyone. Horrible service & even worse management.

Horrible horrible HORRIBLE service and Managment! Not our server Sam’s fault! It was 100% managements fault! Clay the manager is a total nimrod and doesn’t deserve to be a manager! He did not help his staff one bit knowing they were struggling to take care of a 15 top table that we were apart of for a birthday party! Which they did not bring out any birthday dessert We waited an hour for our drinks, then waited an hour for our meal, then waited an hour for our checks and clay the “manager” was hiding out in the kitchen and cracking jokes up at the bar! He was more interested in arguing with his customers about our complaints rather than finding a solution to them. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and rude. That’s the FIRST and LAST time I step foot in there!

Went with a large party for a friends birthday. 15 people with everyone ordering drinks appetizers and meals. Figured with that amount of money being spent we would get decent service but was the exact opposite. Our reservation was at 7, seated around 7:15, Waitress didn't take drink orders or give us water for another 30 minutes. Finally got drinks around 8, and ordered our meals after being there for an hour. Main course didn't come out til around 9:15. We asked for the checks around 9:45 and still waited another hour for everyone to get their tabs and pay.I understand being some delays with a table that large but server seemed totally overwhelmed even with the restaurant being near empty for the last 2 hours, but there's no reason the dining experience should be 4 hours, without a single check in. some in my group had to go up to the bar to get drinks because no one checked on us. We brought up some concerns with the "manager" because while we were waiting on the bill, he was just chilling at the bar having a laugh standing there with other stuff. The manager who looks like a super douche also acted like one. didn't help out our server with the table and also made condescending comments to the guy who made the complaint. You should be apologetic not escalating when a party is spending $1200 at your restaurant.Food was great, and a really cool atmosphere but price point was NO WHERE in line with the extreme poor service quality. also 20% gratuity was added mandatory. I would love to tip more if it was smooth, but after waiting for 4 hours from check in the bill paid, it's kind of ridiculous that they mandated 20%

Beautiful interior and great staff. However, brunch food was very disappointing. I’ve never eaten a french toast this bad. Everyone at our table was disappointed with what they ordered. Mimosas were stale not sparkling at all. I think the only good thing was the coffee.

Goat and Vine…needs to get over itself. 1:30 reservation on Easter -no problem. Got seated, waiter - Billy - eventually came by to take our drink order. Dining room almost empty at this point. 30 minutes later, came back with our two mimosas and a Screwed mimosa. We ordered the Pastry Board as a starter. One chocolate muffin, one apple danish; one croissant and a scone. Oddly arranged on a board. 15.00. Two omelettes and an eggplant Benedict ordered - more than 30 minutes to get the food., at this time dining room empty but for two other tables. Waiter was MIA. Finally flagged him down for more coffee. Not once did he come back and check on us. Later he apologized after we said something about the poor service. Said it was because the patio was busy. Not my problem, you don’t ignore your table inside. 142.00 later - never again for food that you can get for 50.00 less at any brunch establishment in Dallas.

Impertinent and incompetent staff.Additionally, 5 leaves of lettuce do not constitute a salad. Making passive aggressive remarks upon my exit prompted this review. Do less.

Dinner was great overall. My wife and I had the Goat Cheese Bites, East Coast Mussels, Filet Sliders, Truffle fries, and Truffle Cacio E Pepe. My only disappointment, if you want to call it that, is they were extremely light on the truffle. The pasta, sliders, aioli, and fries had the faintest hint of truffle. I expected to smell it before it got to the table. Aside from that, everything was great. The service was great and the atmosphere was perfect. We will come back!

First time in Plano and going to this restaurant and it was amazing! The service was beyond exceptional! The servers were so nice and the bartender made those drinks on point! I would definitely go here again and recommend my friends and family.

Management truly cares and works to show each guest that. The food and decor is also amazing. I would recommend the meatballs with marinara subbed for the sauce! Also they have an amazing breakfast charcuterie board! Great experience and love seeing a group of people that care and want to grow.
