The staff is courteous. I appreciate the cleanliness of this location and the accuracy of the to-go orders; as well as the quality of the to-go products they use. I would like to see my to-go orders ready by the designated time I select when ordering ahead as they are typically starting to prep my order when I arrive at the pick up time.

Great Customer Service and fresh, crispy, delicious chicken wings!!!
I was met at the drive thru by a surprisingly polite, friendly and very helpful young lady. She did not rush me and explained my choices to me. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.
At the pay/pickup window, I was met by a very friendly face, Valencia. I decided to add an item to my order, and I had questions about it. She was very nice, very polite, and she was able to answer all of my questions and assist me in adding the item to my order. She went for assistance and Kathy came over to help.
Again, Kathy, greeted me with a friendly smile, very polite young lady that assisted to get the order updated. She even asked if I wanted a sauce with my order. Other fast food places do not ask. If you do not request them when you place your order you’re out of luck.
All in all, this is the second time I come to this Golden Chick, and I cannot complain about the food, the service or the wait time.
And, the customer service has been outstanding, each and every time!!! KUDOS young people!!! I know I can come to this Golden Chick after a hard days work, pick up my food and leave content.

I bragged about Golden Chick, to my sister, who had never had it before. I bragged about the fresh, hot rolls and how delicious they were. So ... we decided to split lunch today. The 4 piece tender meal came with 1/2 a scoop of mashed potatoes and 4 undercooked chicken tenders. They are almost colorless.
The extra rolls that I ordered ... shoved in a bag, also undercooked.
What a disappointment. This location did not deliver the same quality of food I have had at other Golden Chick chains.
Also ... in the extra comments, I requested 1 honey and 1 butter for each roll. The honey was not in the bag. 🤷♀️
