Hello, I ordered 30% sugar for Oolong Milk Tea. I drink it as I drive and it’s super sweet - to the point where I can’t finish it after 3 sips. A little disappointed because I paid extra for toppings and even tipped but alas, Gong Cha Plano has let me down. Please make sure to honor the correct sweetness level for customers. :(

The milk foam green tea is good, but the matcha is the most watered down matcha I’ve ever tried. Like it literally tasted like watered down milk, and it was extremely light green.

Went in for a quick cha and was surprised to find mini boba in clear crystals. Drink was good. The atmosphere was nice but kinda smelly. Definitely recommend the mini crystal pearls for topping.

The chocolate waffle that I ordered was fine, but the tea was surprisingly sweet for 30% percent sugar, and there were long wait times, since there were only two employees managing the whole store.

Excellent! Loved their taro smoorhie. Taste like real taro & boba’s cooked well too. Tge creme brulee dirty boba’s really good too. Creamy rich flavor. Impressed by the staff’s knowledge of teas & had us sample some before choosing. Love the spacious & clean interior with different kinds of seating options. Will def come back.

Don’t come here unless you have a lot of time to spare. Took them close to 25-30 minutes to make 2 drinks and were in the weeds with 3 customers in the store. They were also low/out of a lot of things. Not very well run, you can tell by the frustrated looks on the employees faces when you walk in.
