Came in around 9:38 near closing time and ordered an extra large passionfruit green tea but I forgot to ask for boba, staff were super helpful and accommodating when I asked to add the topping after I got the drink, would definitely come back if passing by again!

I asked for light ice and oat milk for my drink. He added more ice, little bit milk and to top up, he added more water. Drink was tasted like water.

Hello, I ordered 30% sugar for Oolong Milk Tea. I drink it as I drive and it’s super sweet - to the point where I can’t finish it after 3 sips. A little disappointed because I paid extra for toppings and even tipped but alas, Gong Cha Plano has let me down. Please make sure to honor the correct sweetness level for customers. :(

The milk foam green tea is good, but the matcha is the most watered down matcha I’ve ever tried. Like it literally tasted like watered down milk, and it was extremely light green.
