Grimaldi's Pizzeria

The food was delicious, but the waiter had to repeat the order to avoid making mistakes with the pizzas. Of the three pizzas that were ordered, only one was correct. Even though the order was corrected, we had to wait longer for them. This left a bad experience. The owner of the establishment needs to watch what the employees are doing.

We had a great experience at Grimaldi’s, thanks especially to the two curly-haired hosts, Mya and Ani. They were so warm and welcoming, got us seated quickly, and brought great energy that really set the tone. Service was excellent, the food was delicious, and we’re really thankful to Mya and Ani for making our visit extra special. We'll definitely be back!

Walked in and was seated immediately but then they completely forgot about our table. Waited 15-20 minutes no one even popped in to apologize for the wait, ask for our drinks, or even bring us water as a damn courtesy. On our way out was told they were short staffed and tried to give me the run around. I understand being short staffed, however, don't seat families down if you don’t have staff readily available.

What a great place for a pizza dinner.
The Aloha NY pizza was very delicious.
Also I would recommend the Espresso Martini, very very delicious.
The server, Britney, was very nice and made the visit even more special.

A great place, with the background music of the Rat Pack and other great artists of the 60’s. I loved the place already, when I walked in for the very first time.

I recently visited Grimaldi’s on Legacy in Plano, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was outstanding, with the pizza being perfectly cooked and packed with flavor.

What really stood out was our waiter, Luis. He provided top notch service attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations.

If you’re craving delicious pizza and exceptional service, Grimaldi’s on Legacy is the place to go. Highly recommend!

At first I didn't know how they could be rated 3.8 because other grimaldis locations are great with tasty pizzas. We were sat at a dirty table, no dishes on the table but straw wrappers on the ground and seats. We had this misfortune of sitting at the table closest the host stand, where the 2 hosts went on and on about their sex lives. They were loud and annoying. Food came out timely but drinks took a while, and the restaurant was pretty empty at the time we ordered. I love grimaldis but won't come back to this location cause its trashy and gross

Top notch food and service! The manager, Adam, was the kindest restaurant manager I’ve encountered in a while. He ensured we enjoyed our meal and our first ever visit to Grimaldi’s Legacy!

Came here tonight with my BFFL. First time at this location. Our waitress Kam was the bomb. Great service and great food. We got the sausage pepperoni pizza and salad. I had the limoncello martini, yummy. We will be back.
