DO NOT EAT HERE!! They don't take credit cards. I ate there for the first time on 9/16/24. My simple noodle meal was 16.48. I paid with Venmo when I looked at my credit card statement, I was charged $16.48 then I got an additional $10.00 cash advance fee. I paid over $26.00 for noodles. That is robbery!! If they would have told me when I was paying about this fee I would not have eaten there. They are wrong for doing this to customers. I will never return and I am telling everyone what they did to me!!

Really good popcorn chicken. Love the desserts and winter melon tea and random chats with the owners family.

This place always rocks. Their hand shaved noodles are the best. I personally always get the braised pork. It's the best braised pork I've had anywhere.... periodAlso, their popcorn chicken is like no other. It's sooooooo addictive. Everything else is always raved about, but those two are my "go-to' things. I did try the Hakka, and loved it, and everyone who has tried it, says how amazing it is

Great shrimp fried rice!!!!
Stir frys are a must, so much flavor in every bite
Great place for authentic Taiwanese food. Got the beef noodle soup, popcorn chicken and Hakka dry noodles. Everything was solid. Felt the dry noodles was a little overly greasy at the end. Missing that extra flavor to make it 5 stars but I'd still highly recommend it for those looking for good Taiwanese

I had braised pork with egg and veggies. Portion was very generous. The dessert was tofu pudding with brown sugar.

American Born Taiwanese here and find this to be some of the best executed Hakka food around. Genuinely feels like good home cooking or something you’d find in one of the casual street stalls/restaurants in Taiwan.Recommend the beef stew noodle soup. I tried with knife cut noodles which was a little dense so you may want to try with the thinner wheat noodles. We also usually get the scrambled egg with shrimp (comfort food) and a stir fried vegetable with garlic (water spinach is a favorite, if available)They’re cash only though they do accept Venmo.

This is my favorite casual spot for noodles!!! I always get the Szechwan beef noodle soup with rice noodles! It’s always too much for me to finish so I always split with someone else. I highly recommend!!
