First time at Haywire! The rustic chic atmosphere is truly Dallas. Service was spot on and the food was delicious. The recommended Chicken Fried Steak did not disappoint. Rooftop bar/seating allows for an alternative way to enjoy the live music.

Wow ..we decided to come to Haywire on Sunday afternoon! What an enjoyable experience!! Our rooftop bartender was Chance. I sincerely think this was the best server we’ve ever had in any establishments. He was AMAZING! He made us feel like the only customers he was attentive and HILARIOUS and handsome. We would definitely come back because we did have a great time but Chance was clearly the star of Haywire .. hey I’m just saying!!! Thank you!!!

Terrible service. We had reservations for our daughter's birthday, party of 6. We were there pretty close to 4 hours. Once seated, waited a while for the server and waited a while for everything else after that.

I went to Haywire last year for Valentine’s Day and my birthday with no issues. This Valentine’s Day my fiance and I check in for our 6:30 reservation at 6:25. 7 couples come in after us to check in and hostesses keep seating all of them before us. One my fiance asks about situation, the hostess says “oh I can FINALY sit you all” then laughs it off. No explanation or apology. We ordered as soon as we sit down but food takes an hour to come out anyway. We order drinks and those take a while too to come out, when one does come out I only get mine, I ask the waitress about my partners and she says “oh what did he get again?” I get it was Valentine’s Day but we came last year and had none of these issues and it was busy on my birthday and we still had none of these issues. I have worked in food service industry all through college and I get things can happen, but multiple things happening with no explanation or apology I think is a little crazy. I will say the food itself did taste good.
