Irani chai here is a hit or a miss! It really depends on who is mixing the chai for you.. sometimes its too strong and sometimes its too milky.. rarely you get a perfect mix. My suggestion is to pre-mix it like other places do. This place is not prepared for the crowd they get.. and most times run out of chai and make customers wait for at least 20 mins. One other thing is, they also run out of chai cups and will make a run to bring chai cups while they make customers wait in line. Totally unprepared!

We ordered 1 sev puri & 1 samosa plate and they charged us 9.72 and later we changed our mind and asked only samosa plate instead of sev puri plate . we reached home and called that hello india outlet and it took 20 mins for person to understand what was the issue and it is highly pathetic experience with Hello India.I will not recommend to anyone for such malpractice being performed at hello india

Worst biriyani I ever had. Both chicken and goat dum biriyanis were horrible. They asked spice level specifically and I wanted mild but it was very very spicy and we trashed it (I do eat spicy food actually but I wanted mild as kids should also eat)Goat was also not cooked properly and I doubt it was fresh

I've been to hello india a few times over the last couple months and I swear by this place. As an indian myself i've come to hate indian food and despise going out and eating the same things I eat at home. However this place actually makes me want to eat more indian food. The chicken biriyani is really spicy and flavorful. The chicken inside is also very flavorful and tender. Next is the kadhi paneer which is packed with flavor and possibly my favorite thing. The gravy is extremely flavorful and the paneer is soft and fluffy like a pillow with low amounts of saturation and moisture content. The onions and peppers are also really good despite my sheer hatred of vegetables. I also got the chilli chicken which is amazing. It's really spicy and the chicken was cooked extremely well. The garlic naan was solid overall. The only problem I have with this place is that it is hit or miss sometimes. This particular time it was really good but i've had it other times where the quality is worse but overall I keep coming back. I've also had times where they forget stuff but they always reimburse you. The atmosphere of the place reminds me of india in good and bad ways.
