Henry's Homemade Ice Cream

OMG - so so good. My very favorite is the coconut (been a fan for 20+ years!) but closely followed by Texas Praline! They’re so generous with their scoops and the staff is the friendliest.

Best ice cream around. Yummy

Only been here once, but I plan on coming back. Ice cream melts quickly so make sure you eat on site or grab a lot of napkins if you’re planning to take to go. I got the butter pecan, which was really good.

Henry’s offers old standbys and creative new flavors of ice cream. The name says homemade and it tastes homemade. I can taste the milk fat. We visited on a cold January day to buy an ice cream cake. The cake was nicely decorated. Some reviews have said the service was not good. That was not our experience. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Henry’s Ice Cream is an absolute gem in Plano! The ice cream is incredibly delicious, with rich, creamy textures and amazing flavors that are hard to beat. Every bite is a treat, and it’s clear that they use high-quality ingredients. It’s one of those hidden treasures that’s definitely worth seeking out. Highly recommend trying it—you won’t be disappointed!

When you’re in mood for an ice cream, don’t waste time researching, just head to Henry’s. What a lovely place. Some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with at a food outlet. I believe we interacted with the owner, lovely lady, my bad I missed asking for her name.
This non chain, family run business serves some of the best ice creams. Best tasting experience and suggestions. The payment machines don’t prompt you for a tip.
I’m a simple vanilla guy who rates an ice cream outlet based on how the vanilla tastes - trust me, it was lovely. My partner loves to experiment and today she was in mood for chocolate, the owner suggested a combination of toffee and another chocolate based one - my partner loved it.
Both of us sat in our car and said, this is where we come anytime we’re in mood for an ice cream.
