I had a great experience at this restaurant! The staff gave me a recommendation, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. Definitely worth a visit!

I bought a veg puff here, and it was completely spoiled. The filling smelled sour and tasted off — clearly old or not stored properly. This is not just disappointing, it’s unacceptable. Serving spoiled food is a serious health risk.
I expect basic quality and hygiene from any food outlet, and this experience makes me question how seriously they take food safety. Definitely won’t be ordering again unless there’s a clear improvement.

I had one of the best Biryani !! Taste , quality and quantity … . Ordered boneless chicken biryani and egg fried rice for my kid and it was very tasty. Limited parking spots… service was good.

The food is spoilt and the cakes are moldy. I had ordered via uber eats and the muntha masala was stale and had stale spoilt bajji. I ordered butterscotch cake as well. This had mold and tasted horrible

Such terrible service lady at the front was not attentive what so ever we were waiting for our food for an hour and kept asking about it. She kept saying 5 mins. It was sitting on the counter for 30 mins the whole time and the she wanted to argue with my mom that just had surgery pls do better this was my first and last time at this establishment.

I enjoyed some egg puffs and pav bhaji at this spot, and I must say, they were delicious. The place has a great atmosphere, almost like a cozy cafe, making it perfect for both dining and getting some work done.

Yesterday ordered a two tier theme cake. It was excellent from design as well as taste perspective!! Strongly recommend this shop to everyone specially people who prefer eggless cake !!

Extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered a pineapple cake for my son birthday, but received a Black Forest cake instead. When I contacted them , not only did they refuse to apologize, but they also claimed the mix-up was because a trainee handled it — as if that excuses ruining a special occasion.
To make it worse, they said they’re only willing to refund $10 instead of the full amount, so I refused it, even though I didn’t get what I paid for. No responsibility, no proper customer service, and no sense of care for the customer experience. Definitely not ordering from here again

The issue wasn’t just about a minor inconvenience—it was about not delivering what was promised for a special occasion. By the time we discovered the problem, it was too late to return the cake, and unfortunately, we were left with no option but to use it as-is, which was disappointing for everyone involved.
A $10 partial refund doesn’t feel like an adequate gesture considering the circumstances. I was expecting a level of accountability that matches the significance of the error. I believe a more fitting resolution is warranted and hope you'll reconsider your approach in light of the full context.
