Very rude people. My mom was nice and gathered up all the sample cups and took to check out and handed to lady and she rudely says there is trash cans out there and pointed. Instead of just taking the cups then saying we have trash cans out by the tea but no one uses them and a thank you would have made a world of difference. Then they wanted to charge me 8.79 to put ice in my white mocha because they don’t sell it except in a small. I get the up charge as she said but to charge me 4.00 more to make my hot mocha iced is ridiculous. I think it is a great place but Nacogdoches is not the best place for it.

Providence. My wife and I visited here near closing. I've not been to this location before, but I have been to one before a couple of years ago. The staff were sweet, and so was the tea, but you can get some of the tea unsweetened. Textbook southern hospitality.
