My daughter suggested In-N-Out Burger since it was close to the interstate and we still had a long drive back to Kansas City. Needless to say it took us 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru. They need to learn some lessons from Chick-fil-A or Culver’s on getting people through the drive-through quickly. The prices were reasonable for feeding a family of six it was $52. The burger and shake were decent, but the fries were absolutely horrible. Someone could’ve done better warming them up in a microwave., I took one bite of them and I had no more. Truly disappointed with the whole experience. Check this off as things done and will not do again.

I was there before 1:00 in line. They took the guy's order in front of me and then turned off the lights. That's not right. If you're in line before 1:00, they should take your order. Told the manager that, she didn't give a flute. Just there for the burger & shakes. Their fries are horrible. Don't care about their customers. SAD
