As soon as we enter we felt unpleasant smell. We sort got used to the smell in few minutes. The food and service were good. Reasonable portions and prices. Great vegetarian options. They have to resolve the foul smell issue, it's concerning what the source is. Would visit again but if I still smell it, will leave from the lobby.

Ordered butter chicken & lettuce chicken. Butter chicken tastes disgusting, pieces are not fresh. They added green peas in chicken lettuce wraps.Worst food experience.

The food was way too cold. I would much rather eat dirt. The service was mediocre at best. And the overall atmosphere was freezing. I wish I had brought a jacket. I would give this a 0 star rating if I could. 10/10 do not recommend.

It has been one of my favorites for the last 6 years. This one was also a good experience. Cozy ambiance and tasty food. They have new additions to the menu, which you must try. The service was spot on. Would definitely keep going back.

I came in and they had plastic jug son the table for water? the fire place had plastic jugs, plastic silver ware bowls napkins? food was less th desirable. I had a dish called spicy crispy chicken. it was basically pieces of chicken deep fri with Thai peppers. not good.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We used to order food online and never expected the in restaurant experience to be this PATHETIC. We are a family of 4 adults and 1 kid of 3 years of age. Following mis-haps were experienced-1. Staff members have language issue And don’t seem to understand English. They are rude and placed dishes at the table corner where they could have easily toppled down. On being asked to place the dishes in the table center, the staff appeared clueless and made faces and banged the dish right in the middle and walked away gesticulating with confused expressions.2. We were categorized as a large party, criterion of which is 5 plus members. The 3 year old infant was used as an excuse to bill us 21% over and above the bill and taxes amounting to $30 plus. Clearly, the intent seemed to make profit at all costs.3. We placed an order for dal makhni that is made using urad dal and instead, were served moong dal. This is completely different ingredient in a traditional Punjabi dish. It seemed a joke.I would suggest if you are looking for Chinese , order online only. Rest every thing is substandard especially the service and ability to tackle customer complaints. We were met with apathy and clueless expressions from the team. Not visiting again.

Food was tasty but missed my key instructions - despite me having explicitly asked for food to be made mild spicy (which was as per the menu item description ) there were lots of cut green chillies which made for a very spicy taste whenever I bit into them. The chicken manchurian we took tasted good otherwise. The starter of crispy baby corn however felt very stale and like it was prepared before and reheated and served. To top it off, the food was higher than expected (about 33% higher than comparative places) This spoiled the otherwise nice tasting food enough that I decided never to come back.

I went to Inchins bamboo garden and ordered the wet and dry Manchuria. The food was solid. The dry Manchuria had a good flavor profile but was really dry. I know it said dry in the name but they should've explained it would be as dry as sand and sell water along with the Manchuria. Furthermore it was extremely oily and i felt clogs in my arteries eating the Manchuria. The wet Manchuria I liked a lot. It was very soft and shared a similar flavor profile to the dry Manchuria but was way better texturally. I put it in rice and ate it and would recommend to eat it the same way. Overall the food was not bad.

had a horrible experience dining at this place for a family of 5 ppl. never paid 21% more since it's a large group. food service was bad. had literally had to go across the hall for some water. the main course was served before the starters were served. and the check was generated before the dessert was served. there were 3 other families apart from us even to think it was a crowded place. to-go boxes had to reminded twice before it was served. food was ok ok types but nothing extraordinary. felt I could have cooked better at home.dishes ordered : veg Chinese Pakora, chef's spl dumpling platter, schzwan fried rice, street fried noodles ( please don't try), American chopsuey ( a decent one), fried ice cream.

Absolutely horrible food. .. it was a pickup.. . I usually never write any reviews… but this is so bad. We ordered sweet corn soup ( as sweet as a dessert) even my child refuse to eat it. The chili panner was hard like a rock. The panner Manchurian too was equally hard ( can’t break with fork), onion & bell pepper were not even cooked & hardly any sauce. Hakka noodle was bland but ok to eat ( that’s why 2 star) .. no one picks up phone, so can’t even call them.. left a VM.. Never going back to this place. Food is not cheap & below standard.

Definitely a nice and cozy place for a weekend dinner. Ordered Momos, Burnt Garlic fried rice and Lat Mai paneer. Everything tasted great and absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere. My only complaint would be Momos count to the price.

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Dallas hands down. If you are craving for good Indo Chinese , this is the place to go. They have 2 locations and both are awesome! Over and above that Darcy at their Plano location is one of the nicest persons that you will interact with. Her attention to detail is impeccable! Highly recommend this place !!!
