Jabbar Bhai Biriyani Restaurant

A few weeks back I ordered online using their website and the order didn't go through but I was charged so I called them to order the same, went there and paid for the order and picked it up. I asked them the same day in person about the failed online order and they said the transaction won't post to my credit card but a week later it was posted, so I called them again and told them it was posted so please issue a refund and now they said they don't see any online order in their system for that day (of course because the order submission failed and I was charged) and said they can't do anything. Now I've raised a dispute with the credit card company to get my money back. I expected them to talk to their online ordering partner to check this and issue a refund to me but they never did that. Very disappointed. Won't go back again.

We bought ambur mutton Briyani, Chennai Chicken briyani, Chicken Chetinadu, Naan, Paya + idiappam yesterday.Every thing is good except Chennai Chicken briyani (basumathi rice). Excluding this, i can give 4 stars to the food. Please go ahead try if you haven't. Worth for money spent.👍.

Ordered Ambur Biriyani through Ubereast. Not worth $21. Tests ok but only 2/3 small pieces of mutton. Will not recommend this place.

Chennai sole chicken biryani and side gravy is excellent. Pepper chicken is a disaster. That lady at the counter went inside and made that pepper chicken in few minutes. It’s not at all a started, it’s just a raw a fry chicken. Maybe Tamil payya’s will like it

Had the most driest chicken 65 I ever had in my life. The food is also not good quality and taste wise but is super expensive. For the same 90ish$, there are far better places.

After learning /following from ur YouTube channel , we ourselves doing super biriyani…. After a long wait came to Dallas from sf to try your vegbiriyani…. Sorry Nalla illa…..

My aunt ordered food for a party from this place! Delivered on time and packaging was done well! Food was tasty. Briyani, fried chicken, egg plant curry, idiappam and vegetable kurma all tasted good. Quantity was also very good. Everyone enjoyed the delicious food.

Seems they are struggling to maintain the consistency, hope they will make it better soon. Still it is one of the best Biryani in town.

The taste of the biriyani took me back to the local biryani shops I used to frequent in Chennai - down to the taste and texture of raita. The whole experience is elevated by 10/10 brinjal side dish. Get an extra 8 ounce of brinjal - its worth it.

A week into the opening day, things started getting better. Management is perfect now, they even call u when your order is ready for pick up. And the food is consistently good. I love ambur biryani here, bit oily but yummy and my friends love the chennai biryani here.
