This jack in the box absolutely never gets DoorDash order correct. They make the food however they want and don’t pay attention to items that may be missing or incorrect. It’s not dashers fault the orders are made correctly. Seriously do better

Never had a problem with the food but I don’t like the fact that the employees upsize you to large without asking. Every time I come I have to make them sell me a regular size combo. Guess the manager is trying to force up sales.

The spicy chicken sandwhich meal was $2.00 more than the menu, and the French toast sticks were $.50 more. The prices charged should match those advertised.
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone Acknowledged I was there . The place wasn’t busy it’s 12:00 in the afternoon and myself and a coworker were the only people there . I had to explain that I wanted an 11 5 times and still had to explain it . I walked out

It's the first time I go to this place and when I was going to pay the one at the window charged me and asked me what sauce I wanted I told him ketchup and to when I wanted hot sauce he closed the window on me what a terrible service I took from there the faces the boy made me, for that kind of people one no longer returns
