It's the first time I go to this place and when I was going to pay the one at the window charged me and asked me what sauce I wanted I told him ketchup and to when I wanted hot sauce he closed the window on me what a terrible service I took from there the faces the boy made me, for that kind of people one no longer returns

Came here this morning to get breakfast and had the worst experience of my life ever. I have never been treated this bad by a employee at any fast food place I have EVER been to. All for asking for a refill on a coffee , I asked for a refill for me and my wife and she denied to give me a refill telling me in Spanish âI just gave you your coffee.â with an attitude.And at that seeing them not just be rude to me but to also YELL at another customer in the drive way for asking to remove the bacon off of their sandwich. It is outrageous honestly at how disgusting the attitude of these workers are. It was 1 older woman and 1 older man. I asked for the woman name and she said she would only give me her first name which is Maria, she was a Hispanic woman with black hair. I had actually came to this location with my crew workers a while back and had a similar experience with the employees being super rude for no reason. If I wouldâve known these same people were still working here I wouldnât have came back. Me and my wife love Jack breakfast and it was so disappointing to see this location have terrible service like this , truly disgusting . This happened around 9am

This location so far has been great. Our pick up order is always ready and they are fast too. People in the drive thru are friendly too. I was alittle sad it was up in flames one day but glad it was still standing!
This place has been great. Been coming here for some time. I am a regular with online ordering through the app. Collecting points of course. Which i like to take advantage of. On 11-15 @1pm i placed an order and arrived 130pm said would be ready by 1:17pm. Order was confirmed and all. Get to the drive thru as usual. They have no record of my order but i have been charged. Points and on card. I get off to explain my app says the order has been completed. Why don't i have my food? There was a system glitch that they wouldn't help me with. Nor offer to take my order again. I asked for thr manager but he was probably on his lunch break... Terrible customer service. I deal with guest everyday and the correct way to handle this situation was to make my food as I have wasted too much time. Going back to work at 2pm with no lunch after this review.

This Jack takes your credit card while you pay in the drive through and doesnât give it back ,then we proceed to go inside to ask for it back and they take almost an hour to hand it over while asking 21 questions about the card when it clearly says the name on it
