Stopped in last night. The ladies English was so bad I could not even order. Stop hiring immigrants. I just drove off. When interviewing a full fluency test needs to be done. I'm done buying from any establishment that does not employ English speaking workers.

I enjoy the Ultimate Breakfast sandwich. Why does every location overcook the eggs? Like who wants a crunchy overcooked egg. Got my money back and will have to stop eating at all Jack in the Box locations. So sad.

I go there often and order the same thing. The Classic Sauced and Loaded Waffle Fries, no ranch, and 2 tacos, no lettuce. I learned my lesson after twice getting home and them drowning everything in ranch, so I now check it before leaving the drive thru, and usually get go to hell looks from the person working. Then I have to order an extra side of cheese because they hardly put any on them, and it's almost always just on one fry! I'm done, I'll enjoy the food, when it's correct, but when it's not, since I order through the app, the store can't help me, and sending feedback through the app has NEVER gotten a response. I think I'll just choose Whataburger from now on.

Poor customer service. Rude manager. None of the workers speak English. Only the manager does and she could care less about how she is perceived and knows she’s in charge and nobody gonna hold her accountable for her actions. I ordered through the app and mistakenly ordered regular fries instead of curly fries. When I asked if I could sub out and pay the difference. She cut me off and yelled NO! YOU PAID FOR FRIES!!! at me through the window, wasn’t even willing to put her a company uniform tonight for her shift. Just regular street close. No wonder the reviews have dropped down to a 2. I’ll be driving the extra mile to the location on Jupiter!!!

So I just left the drive-through line at the Jack-in-the-Box on Parker in Plano. It is 7:25 PM. Not only was I rushed to order my food when I was placing my order. While waiting for my food the girls that worked there; one sitting on top of the countertop and the other one on her phone leaning over the countertop so you wanna talk about poor customer service I did attach a picture for proof and I think it’s very disgusting for an employee to be sitting on the countertop and when I talked to her about it, she was very dismissive. I told her it was very unprofessional to be sitting on the countertop when you’re at work; it’s very nasty And it’s just not good customer service. The girl they worked in a drive-through, rolled her eyes, said she didn’t care then slammed the drive-thru window. I will be calling the manager in the morning to also make sure she knows how unsanitary, unprofessional and rude the employees/ establishment is when she is not there.

DORA the employee at the window in the drive thru is the most lazy and sorry person i ever met and rude you can barely hear her on the speaker in the drive thru she gave me my drink with soda coming out the top of the lid and running all downside the cup and then stuck the cup outside the window and proceeded to turn it over so she want have to clean it then she dont even want to reach out the window to accept your payment you almost have to stick your body out the car window just to put the money in her hand she gave me napkins that look like they where already used with grease stains on them i will never attend this Jack In the Box Again

This is the worst jack in the box to order door dash from, my driver sat there for 20 minutes and no one came assist them. The time before this, I waited an hour before food got to me, despite the restaurant being maybe a mile away and it everything was soggy and old. I need a member of management to reach out to me.

I came here at 1:20 am to pickup a doordash i saw them eating all together and refusing to take any orders and when i mentioned i am pickingup doordash they didn't even knew that they have an online order

During the day, they have a nice crew and most evenings too.
I just have to ask: how common is it for your system to go down from 2:40AM-3:30AM time range?
