Have gone to this Jack in the Box for years but this last time very disappointed , ordered the grilled chicken sandwich , chicken not fully cooked and bread was soggy. Also carbonated beverages do not have the correct mix. Hope this can be corrected, would hate to quit going here .

I just pulled in to the drive thru and they tell me on the speaker they are closed. They clearly have the open sign lit up as well. Also last night I came thru as well and ordered thru the mobile app. They didn't give me some of my order. I think I'll find another place to eat from now on.

Screw this jack in the box I told the guy there 3 times I wanted a plain burger cause they won’t eat it without it being plain and of course it was plain, I didn’t get my drinks I called and they just hang up I’m not driving back there at 12:30 at night

Maybe if you weren't texting while I was trying to order, you would have had an easier time understanding my order and getting it correct. You asked me to repeat my order 7 times and you still got it completely wrong.
I pass by to get some food and they said they are not expecting orders only Uber eats and other orders online only. This is not true why are they being so Lazy.
