I placed a mobile order. when I got to the restaurant I was asked to pull around and wait 10 minutes and come back through the drive-thru for my two tacos. I did that I was told to go back and wait again and come back through the drive-thru later. I waited another 10 and I drive back through the and was told pull to window, but now there is a 5 person line . he didn't make anybody else that was waiting on their order pull around. if there was a way to cancel the order on the app I would have canceled it but they don't allow that. I'm being held hostage at the Jack in the box. this is ridiculous. I think the employee, is in there getting high instead of doing his job. I've been here 20 minutes and not one person has left with food. there's seven of us now in the parking lot waiting for food.5 in drive thru and 2 in front, if I could give less than one star I definitely would have. Y'all need more responsible people working at night time. you can't have two kids in here running the store. I'm still in the line and I've now been here 32 minutes. for two tacos!!!!!!

Visited Dallas for a show and this location was near our hotel room. I had never been to Jack In The Box before and I’m going to be honest, I judged the menu and saw terrible reviews—but my sister insisted. I was actually surprised. We ordered online to pick up, we blind trusted since all the bags we sealed. Everything was right, hot, and was actually good—for fast food. But I wanted to post a positive review because if my sister never insisted I would’ve never went there.

This is the second time yall have gotten my sandwich wrong, im now at work so turning around is going to make me super late. Its BACON.. buttery Swiss.. once again, no bacon and random toppings that dont even go on it... im going to start trying a different location cuz once is water but 2 times in a row is beyond frustrating. Every bad sandwich and burger starts with a tomato hence why I get things that aren't supposed to have tomatos... at least its edible.
