I am a radiographer. This morning I stopped by the drive through to pick up a quick meal before work. I placed my order as usual. When I pulled up to the window, the employee appeared hesitant to open it. She only slightly cracked the window while handing me my order and did not acknowledge me with a “thank you.” The interaction left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

This location is SO SWEET! I am not surprised it has 4 stars (amazing for a fast food place). Yesterday I went in the drive Thru, pregnant and starving and ordered through the app, the KINDEST gentlemen I’ve ever spoken to in a drive thru helped me around 2:28pm and asked me if I wanted any sauces since he noticed I didn’t order much on the app. He was SO attuned to helping me, I have never received service like this before, so sweet wish I got his name so he can get kudos from his manager. Younger male. This location is the best!!

The man taking the orders is friendly and makes you want to return. Another person in my family went there the day before and had the same positive experience.
Their management seems to be treating staff well.
Gentle corrections while assembling sandwiches and no scolding or yelling. Mistakes don't even make it to customers. Looks like a great team. They just seem have found a good group of employees.

I came here after work on 08/09/2025 about 11pm and it is hands down the best Jack in the box I ever been to. Food was fresh and tasty. The girl who took my order got it right the first time and was fast.
