I walked in to wash my hands and pick up some breakfast. I'm thankful that I walked in, because as soon as I went into the restroom I was certain I didn't want to eat here. This was one of the filthiest restrooms I have ever seen in my life. It looked like a fight broke out a month ago in there and they never cleaned it again. Everything had a layer of grime on it. One of the stalls was completely missing the lock, like it had been ripped out. With so much dirt I don't know if the restroom could ever be brought back to reasonable standards.

This location is superior quality. I've been 3 times this year, and something about their food preparation or supplies is noticeably better than other locations near me. Seems like small differences. Two big examples: standard tacos are slightly crispier while tasting less burnt and somehow, the filling (meat with beans mix) is better seasoned... way tastier. Also, the sourdough Jack was perfectly toasted, well sauced, and tomato slices are thicker &/or fresher. To me, this makes a huge difference.

Terrible I'm currently standing at the counter for 7 minutes nobody's talk to me. They don't even accept cards I'm pretty sure they're pocketing this cash.

If there was a way to give this store negative stars, I would. They knowingly refuse to clean their bathrooms. In the men's restroom there was vomit in the sink and poop on the floor. I can only imagine that its like walking into a trap house. I'll never go back again. The restrooms have been like this for two days and they refuse to do anything about it. I guess Jack isn't the only surprise in the Box.

Absolute TERRIBLE customer service experience. Tried ordering their smash burgers and they were OUT! Tried ordering jalapeño poppers, and they were OUT!! Tried ordering the monster tacos, and they were OUT!!! Asked for additional packets of their hot sauce, and the dude wanted to charge me extra for that… YES, extra for their packets of hot sauce!!! If I could give the ZERO 0 stars I would.
