The food was excessively greasy and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours before being reheated. This left our stomachs feeling quite upset for the rest of the night.

Waited at the counter for 5 min. With Noone infront of me. I was completely ignored. After repeatedly saying hello to the staff, asked if someone was taking orders at the counter. I was told "I am busy". It smelled of burt oil in the whole place. I didn't get anything. Bad smelling building bad service will never be back.

There is a lady on the night shift who serves in a very bad manner, she speaks badly to the customers because one does not speak English, she does not serve, she behaves very rudely.

We ate at this Jack in the box a few days ago and my entire family has had stomach issues since then. The bag was sitting for a day and when I look into the bag, maggots are all over the place. They also forgot part of my order but I don’t care about that at this point. Please DO NOT eat here. They are not sanitary.

We just ordered a triple bacon burger combo (curly fries) with a grilled chicken sourdough sandwich and 2 tacos and the fries are not curly and my grilled chicken sandwich is missing! We grabbed jack in the box on the way to a movie that starts at 10:00 so we were in a rush! I just spent 15 minutes of the previews attempting to call the location but of course the numerous attempts I made just kept ringing until they just hang up. It is frustrating that this happens so often at fast food places and I normally just let it go but this location in particular has left out part of previous orders! Also, I don't live in Plano!

The soda machine was leaking and a puddle of water was on the floor. No wet floor cone anywhere in sight. Several beverages were unavailable. The bathrooms both men and women's had no bath tissue. The hand dryer in the mens did not work and the auto towel dispenser did not work either. The trays to serve the food were not clean, dried food and ketchup under the paper liner. We won't visit again.

incompetent.... couldn't hear on speaker, half of the food was cold, didn't give me my credit card back so I had to turn around after delivering my wife's food to her due to her being in the hospital. Drive back up there to get my card which they still couldn't hear me on speaker. Went to front and they told me to go through drive through. Finially got my card after repeating myself again at the window. Don't go to this place. Not worth the frustration and wait I am dumbfounded by the incompetent behavior.
