So apparently, I went to this Jack-in-the-Box northdaand they had no fries no tacos nothing to serve their customers… I was told to go to the next Jack-in-the-Box to get service….. go to Frankfurt and Preston. They will take care of you.

The women's bathroom at this Jack in the Box location is hypoallergenicly filthy!! Vomit, BM, urine on both toilets. (Only two stalls). Toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor in both stalls and near sinks. Even the wrapper to the toilet paper is not on the holder - that is on the floor. It is well beyond usable - outright disgusting! It needs to be cleaned asap or closed!! Don't use it for health and hygiene reasons.
If the women's bathroom looks like this. Then I can't imagine how the actual working area in the Jack in the Box is kept. Bathrooms usually say a lot about a place. It appears it has not been cleaned in days!!

The food was excessively greasy and seemed like it had been sitting out for hours before being reheated. This left our stomachs feeling quite upset for the rest of the night.
Waited at the counter for 5 min. With Noone infront of me. I was completely ignored. After repeatedly saying hello to the staff, asked if someone was taking orders at the counter. I was told "I am busy". It smelled of burt oil in the whole place. I didn't get anything. Bad smelling building bad service will never be back.

We ate at this Jack in the box a few days ago and my entire family has had stomach issues since then. The bag was sitting for a day and when I look into the bag, maggots are all over the place. They also forgot part of my order but I don’t care about that at this point. Please DO NOT eat here. They are not sanitary.

We just ordered a triple bacon burger combo (curly fries) with a grilled chicken sourdough sandwich and 2 tacos and the fries are not curly and my grilled chicken sandwich is missing! We grabbed jack in the box on the way to a movie that starts at 10:00 so we were in a rush! I just spent 15 minutes of the previews attempting to call the location but of course the numerous attempts I made just kept ringing until they just hang up. It is frustrating that this happens so often at fast food places and I normally just let it go but this location in particular has left out part of previous orders! Also, I don't live in Plano!
