Placed an order online for pickup. Showed up 15 minutes early because of a change in my schedule. The Clerk made me search thru my emails to prove that I placed an order only to refuse to give it to me early. Instead, he said I had to wait until the designated pickup time. There was no one in the store and no one in the drive thru lane. If they were busy, I could understand why he made me wait. I'll NEVER come back to this location in Plano EVER. Worst customer service imaginable.
