i ordered online i get to the place a worker tells me she can’t give me my order because the online thing is messing up her gm told her not to accept i understand you but the gm i don’t understand cause if it’s messing up yall should communicate that it’s my first time trying this place and ur already off to a bad start.

We placed order on app on 10 mar which is today and pickup showed around 1:20 pm . We went to the store but the store was closed. Checked the drive thru and also tried to walk into the store the front door was closed . If the store is closed why should the online Jamba app accept our order ? Also in google as well the store at this particular Plano location showed open to our surprise . What about our order now ? And what about the refund ?. Store people pls respond asap.

Hadn’t been to a Jamba in 10 years, so I thought “why not?” Arrived 8:30am or so… The place is dirty, run down, floors haven’t been swept in who knows how long. Yikes. Friendly attendant, though.

This is specific to the park location but it's tied to this store online and via Yelp. I normally don't have a problem with this store but the last 3 times i had problems that caused me to leave without my order. The manager/owner told me to reach out to corporate since I placed an online order. I didn't think too much about it since other companies normally say the same when using their app. Only to be made aware that Jamba Juice corporate isn't a thing and the store is to process those refunds. Needless to say i went back to this location two additional times with yet again poor service. The associate gave me the owners number which i texted asking for a refund since she was aware of the problems. Not only did she say me rejecting the order is food waste for them but she didn't even want to address the overall quality concerns brought up to her. If my drink is normally an orange/peach color why would a customer accept a drink that is green or blue without explanation. Why would i order hot bakery items and receive a frozen pretzel with the excuse that the oven took over 30 mins to preheat and the store associates were new. I digress i requested a refund and didn't receive a guarantee of a refund until I went back to the store almost a week later. To date it has been 15 days since the last order mess up and 9 days since i was promised a refund and I've gotten no refund.

I had the absolute pleasure of encountering Jah during my visit to Jamba Juice, and his exceptional service truly stood out. Jah's infectious positivity and warm demeanor instantly created a welcoming atmosphere. His deep knowledge of the menu and willingness to help me choose the perfect smoothie was impressive. Not only did he create a delicious concoction, but his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my order was prepared perfectly was evident. Jah's professionalism, combined with his genuine friendliness, made my experience at Jamba Juice an outstanding one. He is undoubtedly an asset to the team and is a prime example of what excellent customer service should be.

I am DISGUSTED by the way the manager treats her staff. She was rude and and snappy with them, and only nice to customers. The workers were lovely and greeted me as I walked in, despite being understaffed and super busy. They were quick with my order and I thanked the girl who made my smoothie as she handed it to me, and then the manager got upset at her for talking to customers.Overall if I could give 0 stars I would, I cannot justify spending money at an establishment that treats its workers like scum. It doesn't matter how good or quick you can make a smoothie when your manager doesn't know how to treat human beings let alone be their boss and run a store.

Went to the drive through to order a drink I usually get all of the time . When I got the drink it tasted like they gave me the wrong drink and when I asked for a refund because I could tell people in there don’t give two dams about that I was not satisfied they said that they can’t do refunds and there’s nothing they can do about me wasting $10 on a drink that was made wrong . I’m speechless

Service has gone down. I won't blame the staff because they only do what they are trained to do. If management is short handed then management needs to be more hands on and come and work alongside your staff. You can't be too good to work in your own business. Hire dependable teenagers, they always need jobs but don't make excuses about being short-handed. It makes you look lazy and irresponsible.
