The restaurant was easy to locate.
Taurus was very helpful, I apologize if name is misspelled. But this individual was quick responding and communication was clear. He was able to help me get in and out quickly. Would recommend going to this location

This place accidentally charged me for something and I was told they would credit my account. They never did. I know that the African American, heavy set lady took it for herself. This happened months ago, and still bothers me. I have not been back since.

The atmosphere was very tense. One employee was very rude to her coworkers and messed up several orders. I hoping someone was just having a bad day and they can get together in the future.

Employees weren’t good. One was too new and didn’t know what split cup was. The other was making fun of me for asking all of the smoothie to be poured into the cup. The African American employee was very mean and unprofessional. He also had a lot of attitude.
There was something “meaty” in my husband’s smoothie and it wasn’t blended well. The staff seemed confused about what each of the others was doing and the whole place is in bad shape (door was leaking copious amounts of water while it rained). Order was wrong… just a mess.

I visited this location today and I was completely ignored. I came up to the register and waited while the worker was in the back and then he proceeded to come slightly around the corner 3 times acting like he didn’t see me. Needless to say I’ll never come back, thanks!

Placed a delivery order, address automatically updated the wrong address after placing the order. Called the store to correct it and it goes straight to voicemail.
Always slow service at this location. Also the person that ordered after me ordered the same thing as me (chunky strawberry bowl) but they received theirs first.
This place have really good customer service and fresh juice compared to other places of same company
If i could leave negative stars and shut this place down i would! Every couple of months i come expecting it to be different attitudes since they’re different people but yall hire the worst people ever. The minute you walk in, you’re expected to know your order or else you’ll get the stankiest attitude. How this place has any good reviews i don’t know. It should be a requirement that they all take a customer service test because right now all of them would fail. It’s actually so crazy how rude they are! Another thing is they might as well be uneducated with how much they don’t understand anything you say, if you want to swap out something or add two/three things to your order wether it be a bowl or drink they will have the dumbest look on their face trying to comprehend what your asking. They will give you attitude when they messed up your order. The audacity this places has is out the roof. Food and drinks themselves are tooooooo mid to keep coming and get treated this way. I honestly don’t care about contacting customer service through your websites because the only thing i want from this is a mass firing which we all know is probably not gonna happen. i just want yall to have a serious talk with your employees bc this is ridiculous and no one should be leaving and establishment feeling mad enough to write a review like this!
