Despite having ordered in advance with a mobile pick up, I was left waiting for an extended period of 25 minutes. What adds to my dissatisfaction is not so much the wait time itself, but the customer service I encountered at this location.There was no acknowledgment or apology offered for the prolonged wait. Shortly after, I overheard the staff engaging in a rather loud discussion in the back, openly conversing about my order and their apparent miscommunication with each other, which evidently contributed to the delay.Effective communication and efficient customer service are cornerstones of a positive dining experience, and regrettably, these were sorely lacking during my visit.

Great experience with my family. Other than they forgot who the food we ordered went to until they asked the lady who took our order because we had gotten our drinks and were waiting for our pretzels. Amazing food though, drinks were awesome. I highly recommend. I just had to do a 4 star review because the service was slipping, they needed more organization to keep track of orders.

I literally come to this location every other day and I order the same smoothie. I normally use the app but today I decided to stop by and pay with cash. The guy cashed me out for my order which was $9+, I handed him a 20 and he gave me my exact change. Before the initial transaction, it was obvious he was adding something to my ticket, once I received my ticket I noticed he added a discount to my ticket and the total was $1.50 for a $9 smoothie ( I order this smoothie every day so I should know) it was fixed once i brought it to his attention. I tip faithfully but when I noticed the shady business going on I didn't think they deserved one. It's one thing trying to steal from the company you work for but why cheat your loyal customers out of their reward points?!?! If I would have scanned the first receipt, I would have only gotten 1 banana point. I WONT BE BACK. I've worked in the food industry and I know exactly where that $7 was headed to, right in the cashier's pocket. I've seen it done too many times.

Their smoothies have been pretty consistent. I get the strawberries wild or açaí antioxidant drink and they’re delicious.But one time I went, I saw the employee pour my smoothie in the cup. It was clear to me he didn’t make enough. It was an inch or so away from the top. I notified the cashier to come over. She also agreed that it was not full. But they remade it which is great customer service!
