Place has gone downhill. Staff was eating off the line when I arrived at 6:30 on Wednesday night. Place was dead. Bathrooms were dirty, staff was not even knowledgeable about the app which doesn't even work. Oh the cheese fries... look at the pics. No bacon, burnt cheese. Why would anyone in their right mind serve this?

There I had chicken club sandwich, Its ok for me. I am not sure why I did not like it.But I felt burger bun is little different taste. Their fries also I did not like it, it was very dry and rough. I wont go again.

Great food options, prices and wonderful service with friendly staff. This place has been around for years and still a great place. Kids eat free on various days as well. Don't forget JC's with all the other burger places springing up. Order, sit down and they bring your custom order to your table and clean up after you. Also, custom low carb options!

JCs just isnt what it used to be! The Boss used to be amazing! I just ordered it and the chicken"breast" was more like a sliver or maybe a third of a breast. Grilled onions and chilis....trace amounts. Drowning in ranch dressing. Last second chance I give this place .

Wow. I was pleasantly surprised on this burger joint. I ordered the chili and it had a good flavor. It was chunky...in a good way. I ordered the bunless burger and it was awesome. Last, the sweet potato fries were cooked perfectly.

Worsstt customer service. We placed a Take-Out order. All three burgers has been given without any toppings. Without intention this wouldn't have happened. When I called them to check manager responded back arrogantly.. Not sure how they won “Best burger†award if they couldn't do a simple thing.
