After telling Dzya, the tall African American male that worked the counter, I wanted it mikes way twice, and after telling him no tomatoes on my partner sandwich, he still served me the two in a to go order which ruined both our meals.
If you go here after reading this, you are willfully choosing bad food, and poor service.
Jersey Mike's are not all the same, but this one proved to be one of these worst ones.

The one time I order delivery, it comes soggy cold , wayyyy to much lettuce and oil I stay 2 mins away why is it very cold when I asked for it toasted ! Very disappointed about this it’s never this way when I’m in person !

Every time we order delivery from this location our order is wrong. Every time. Not like ‘forgot pickles wrong’. Like ‘we gave you one sandwich that’s half filled and the other sandwich is not even in the neighborhood of what you ordered’. For example, the attached pic is supposed to be a turkey provolone with everything. I don’t even know what this is. Dry chopped chicken?! We’re done here.

We had stopped going to this jersey mikes because every time we went we left pretty disappointed. We saw they were under new ownership so we decided to try it again and I can’t tell you how drastic of a change it is. The staff were incredibly personable, the sandwiches were loaded, and my hot veggie wrap was cooked to perfection. It was more than evident that there was a significant change. So glad we decided to give this location another try!

Seriously.. whoever is currently managing this location needs a raise or promotion. I used gloat about how jersey mikes always served quality sandwiches. The last few years this hasn't been the case. I accepted this for so long until I ordered from this location. This location has fully restored my faith in jersey mikes! Whoever runs this location needs to do a retraining of every location in DFW. THEY SET THE STANDARD.. THANK YOU

Tonight, I stopped by Jersey Mike's, and the experience was fantastic! The service was top-notch, and the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. The associate who took our order and rang us up was incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s my birthday today, and I spent the day treating myself at all my favorite stores. My final stop was Jersey Mike's to pick up dinner before heading home to relax and watch a movie. Thank you for the excellent customer service—keep up the great work!
The boys were really patient with us as we ordered our sandwiches and customized them. They also helped us with the various coupons that we presented for our purchase. Great customer service!

Very good sandwich, but never enough meat unless you pay a lot extra for extra meat... If you like a mostly bread and veggies sandwich though, you'll love it (the bread is really good, but pretty costly for bread, a salad, and a little bitty bit of meat). Sorry for having to mention this, but I have to be honest. You don't build loyalty being so stingy with the turkey and making sure it weighs just the right weight. Luckily we have choices, so we can choose other sandwich shops. I will be doing that most of the time going forward.

Sandwich had a piece of blonde hair in it. Didn’t bother to call or bring it back due to the lack of customer service when I was there. African American guy at the front is rude and looks like he’d rather be doing anything other than taking your order and making a sandwich. Sign says under new management they need to make some staff changes asap. The guy above has always been rude but today was my final straw with the hair in the food and sloppy sandwich with a side of attitude.

The gentleman that was there today had given us fast and professional service. We went at 145 and were blown away with his service and attitude. He just got out of the hospital yesterday and he was still kicking a**. Remembered us by name and said goodbye to us by name. Best experience ever!
