We had stopped going to this jersey mikes because every time we went we left pretty disappointed. We saw they were under new ownership so we decided to try it again and I can’t tell you how drastic of a change it is. The staff were incredibly personable, the sandwiches were loaded, and my hot veggie wrap was cooked to perfection. It was more than evident that there was a significant change. So glad we decided to give this location another try!
Seriously.. whoever is currently managing this location needs a raise or promotion. I used gloat about how jersey mikes always served quality sandwiches. The last few years this hasn't been the case. I accepted this for so long until I ordered from this location. This location has fully restored my faith in jersey mikes! Whoever runs this location needs to do a retraining of every location in DFW. THEY SET THE STANDARD.. THANK YOU
Tonight, I stopped by Jersey Mike's, and the experience was fantastic! The service was top-notch, and the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. The associate who took our order and rang us up was incredibly kind and welcoming. It’s my birthday today, and I spent the day treating myself at all my favorite stores.
