The other day, and I'm usually not in this area but I was taking my daughter to her friends, and i was starving and Googled Jerseys cause it sounded good. I go in there and can't for the life of me, decide what I wanted. The guy who was taking my order, his name was David, helped choose the Philly steak and cheese mikes way. His recommendation made my tummy very happy! Thanks David for saving the day and everyone around me, cause I was getting HANGRY! LOLOL You're the best and I'd come to this location again.Vegetarian options: All you vegans out there HAVE to try this restaurant if you haven't already!

Just WoW !!!Location at Coit & Legacy is a Toxic disgrace for this brand ! I was asked to leave that location after I was yelled at due to them being out of white bread & etc etc...( go gead the review )God led me to call this location as I wanted white bread !This location was wonderful! The atmosphere was nice ! Calm not toxic energy like the location I mentioned above !I ordered two mini classic Italian on white bread ! Ha! One for now & one for later !My sandwich was Delicious!!! YuM !!! YuM!!I want to thank Thea...( I hope I spelled correctly)I'm grateful for the wonderful experienceAs a customer I felt welcome in your location!!!! Your team hit a home run with me ! You are farther away for me however to not be yelled at will be worth it !Thank you !

it was my very first time ordering from Jersey Mikes & it truly did not disappoint!! i honestly don’t wanna compare it to some of my other fave sandwich chains but this one is definitely up there for me without a doubt! every bite was scrumptious & they’re generous with their cold cut meats & veggies inside the sandwich which made it all the more better for sure. i ordered the giant because i was in beast mode (i get very upset when hungry puahahaha) & it’s more than enough for 2-3 folks to share but i finished all of it on my own since that’s how great it tasted! already can’t wait for my 2nd Jersey Mikes experience since i’ve always heard how great this place is. totally drool worthy, yum ?

Went to order my ham and provolone sub at this location and take it home. Employees had very freindly attitude. It felt welcome. I got my order done very quick and was very satisfied with the customer service here. Definitely coming back to this location.

The service here at this location has left me in doubt I will ever order again. I ordered via the app like so many times before. When the delivery person arrived they had the complete wrong order a can of pringles and 2 bags of candy. I refused the order and called the store. I spoke to the manager and was told I would need to complete new order and pay again and wait for a refund of the first order. I told the manager I just wanted to cancel the order, he said ok and hung up. So here I am in limbo I used some points on the order as well and now I'm unsure if I'll get those back, not sure that I'll get my tip to the driver back or a refund for that matter. I tried calling customer service and no option to speak to anyone. This is poor customer service at its finest! Very disappointed with Jersey Mikes and the managers customer service !

By far our favorite J Mikes location! Everyone on the staff is super nice and efficient. Food is consistently good. Store is clean. Owner is great to the local high school sports teams and. This location is excellent. They are also great about working with people who have allergies. Seriously the best location in our area. A HUGE thank you from the PSHS swim and dive team!Vegetarian options: Good veggie sub :) Like eating a salad on bread.Dietary restrictions: My sister is a celiac and she says it’s the best GF sub bread anywhere. They do a superb job, cleaning, and sanitizing everything before they make a sandwich for somebody with a food allergyKid-friendliness: My children love eating here and the staff is patient with them.

Can't attest to the food because when I tried to order, the guy told me "sorry, I already sanitized the machine so if you get sick, you get sick" but was willing to cook me a hot sub. I know I walked in at 8:400m, but was willing to spend my money at your establishment. I walked out empty handed.

12/11/23. The workers quality of handling food was horrible! All of the bread was exposed to the atmosphere while its flu and covid season. The incompetence of the employees of ? splashing a dash of vinegar and garnishing turned into a super soaker maniac, and they were clueless when I walked out of the store without the sandwich. It was a Wow moment! The prep are was cluttered and dirty too. The vegetables were limped from over temp exposure. I then drove to Jerseys Mike located on 1881 N Central Expy and the service was HEAVENLY and Perfect! Here are pics of the too.

I absolutely love the Turkey subs from Jersey Mikes and had been going to a different location for years (on 75). However, this location is not good. I typically order through the app and do pickup. This last time was the 3rd time and now I’m deleting the app. The sandwiches are not good at this location and its mainly because they leave off ingredients. Maybe if I went inside and watched them make my sandwich would be better but I refuse to do that. My last turkey tasted extra vinegar and did not have the mustard, onions, tomatoes or extra mayo I requested in my app order. 3rd time they have gotten my simple order wrong. Also gave me the wrong order when I picked up. I noticed the bag was light and caught the mistake before he walked away. A different name was on the bag. This is not a good location.

I just enjoyed a Steak and Portobello cheesesteak and it is my new favorite! The bread was soft and warm, the meat and toppings (cheese, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc) were cooked perfectly! I was so happy with how good it was, I HAD to leave a rating. FYI, I ordered through Grub Hub, which is why I didn’t rate the atmosphere.
