Have always loved this pizza... however, tonight we ordered a single pizza around 6:30'ish. It shows up around 7:00'ish. The driver appears to be a little wasted or just not a very caring person. Hands us the pizza SIDEWAYS and walks off... we open the box and the pizza is all on one side and smushed because he was carrying it SIDEWAYS!!! Called them and the guy on the phone asked if we would like it replaced NOW...?????? Really????? No apology. No, “I'm sorry, I'll take care of that for you†We said, yes,,,. This is just mush on one side..... It's 8:05 and no pizza, no apology and a waste of $25. They have lost another customer Where is the customer service these days????

I ordered 4 items for delivery, a couple of weeks ago (Feb. 7, 2018). When the driver showed up, 45 minutes after the order was placed, he had only 2 of the four items. He felt badly, and said he's return right away with the other item (I didn't realize 2 items were missing at first). So I called and the manager said someone would be right over, and he apologized. The driver returns about 20 minutes later with one item, not both. Another 45 minutes later, and someone finally showed, up, but with the last item. The manager apologized and said he was crediting my card, but that didn't happen either. All in all, a mediocre website, tasteless, unseasoned food, bad service, and expensive. No thank you, too many better competitors out there. I will say, the driver was awesome. He should consider working for another pizza joint :)

We order pizza from Jet's often and each time it taste wonderful and we have never been disappointed. Service has been great as well. Thank you Jets! We will continue to come back.

I used to like this location alright, but my last two experiences haven't been great. Most recently I ordered a pizza for delivery, and 1 hour and 50 minutes later it arrived, completely cold. They first attempted to deliver it and the delivery guy called 40 minutes after I ordered saying that he needed more instructions because he's "horrible with directions." I gave more details, and he said he'd be there in a few minutes. 30 minutes later I tried to reach him and had to call the store. The person who answered tried to say it was my fault because he couldn't reach me on the phone. I let him know that I spoke with the driver and gave more instructions, so he sent another driver out to me saying it would be another 15 minutes. 40 minutes later, my cold pizza arrived.

I ordered a deep dish duo, salad, philly steak and cheese sandwich, and boneless chicken wings. Not only was the guy great over the phone to check for coupons and give us a deal, the food was also excellent!! I never make a comment or post on food and service. But this was so exceptional, I had to give a review. Keep up the great work guys!!! Give them your business... these guys deserve it!!!
