I ordered my sandwich at 11:13 and my food did not get here till 12:15. My ice tea was watered down because all the ice had melted! My co worker who sits across from me ordered hers at 12:00 and her food got her I. 10 minutes!

This location at Jupiter rd. In Plano sucks They alway missing items. They donât check the orders. When you call they always tell you oh we were extremely busy.They had plenty of people working. Ordered the 12 "Half sandwich" box from Tim. He was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions about what could be done to meet my order needs. Ordered six different sandwiches to try them out and added delivery. Everything worked out perfectly. Food was delivered on time, driver was cordial and thorough with my order. Food was very good. My family loved it all. I'll be going there again.

What are these little hairs from Iâm gonna barf.I tried leaving feedback on the website to have an official log of it but it just says âREQUEST FAILED WITH STATUS CODE 413â after I click submit.I called the store to tell them about the food in hopes that they can prevent it from happening to someone else. I couldnât tell if they cared by the way they were talking and the fact that they never apologized, but they gave me a refund after I asked for one.

I redeemed my free sandwich that was given due to this same store previous issues I had with them. Same guy was there tonight and again no customers in sight, just me. I was told he was wasnât done with orders and I had to wait which I was fine with. I paid extra for bacon on my sandwich and there is no bacon and my meat is old and looks like there is something growing on it. Again my time wasted and a sandwich I canât eat, that ordered for pickup on my way home from work(THIS WAS MY DINNER). Considering I had to wait and no customers were there I figured my order would be correct and fresh but itâs a complete waste. Iâm beyond livid at this point for some reason this location just canât get right especially when I go at night. Today is my very last time visiting this location.
