Ordered online, called 45 minutes after ordering and they said the driver was stuck behind a train. I then called another 45 minutes later and they said the drivers car broke down and had to be towed. I asked to cancel my order and they offered nothing, just said they were sorry about the issue. No way it take 1 1/2 hours to figure things out.

Ordered the 12 "Half sandwich" box from Tim. He was very helpful and friendly. Answered all my questions about what could be done to meet my order needs. Ordered six different sandwiches to try them out and added delivery. Everything worked out perfectly. Food was delivered on time, driver was cordial and thorough with my order. Food was very good. My family loved it all. I'll be going there again.
