I recently tried the Veggie Sandwich at Jimmy John’s and was pleasantly surprised! The fresh avocado spread, crunchy lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and provolone cheese come together really well in every bite. The bread was soft yet had a nice chew, and everything tasted super fresh. It’s a solid option if you’re looking for something lighter or meat-free. Quick service, clean location, and they didn’t skimp on the veggies either. Definitely a go-to for a fast, tasty, and satisfying vegetarian sandwich!

Person doesn't even knock ring door bell. I'm sorry if u hate your life or job . That's just kinda rude. My goodness sandwich is good but service trash. I hope who ever dropped it off has a good day. We all struggling u not special. Maybe just find your passion or do something u enjoy instead of taking it out on me . I work at Walmart u think I we enjoy life no but at least I'm not petty

I ordered the tuna sandwich from Jimmy John's, and it wasn’t bad at all. Like they advertise, it was made super fast, and the restaurant was pretty clean with a chill vibe. The staff were cool and efficient. My only complaint is about the Sidekick Ranch – they changed the recipe, and it’s honestly horrible now. No idea why they’d mess with a good thing. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it! Overall, a solid experience, but I wish they'd bring back the old ranch. 4 stars.

We used the online group order feature and had a great experience! Our company had 32 individual orders. Each order included a sandwich, choice of chips, dessert, and a drink (Our order was not catering style). Evelyn and her team completed the orders to perfection. The food was freshly prepared and was completed on time. Evelyn was very helpful and pleasant in answering our questions. We were pleased with all aspects.
Manager seem to be upset when I came in right at 10am . But you guys open for business at 10am or I am wrong ?

Had lunch here today. Download their App! Sent me deal for 5.99 sandwich. Ordered online, and picked up. Quick and easy for me to grab a quick lunch. (got the beach club with extra tomato and extra cucumber... tasted great, but was a little messy, grab a few extra napkins)

Best service ever!!On Mother’s Day I was at Medical City as I had just given birth, I was craving Jimmy John’s so I ordered on Door Dash about 45 minutes before close. I was unable to add extra mayo in the app so I called them right after I placed the order and, of course it was already made and sent out because they are SO fast! The manager was super nice and apologized and said she would, but the order was already on it’s way to me, which was weird because in the Door Dash app a driver hadn’t even been assigned yet. I told her that and she said to call her back if for some reason we don’t get the order or something. My husband goes downstairs to try and see if anything showed up but coms back empty handed. So I call the store back and the manager was extremely nice and said it was no problem, she’d remake my order and send it back out right away. Not even 10 minutes later my order showed up, with extra mayo and she even gave me a chocolate chip cookie with this sweet note! Amazing customer service!
