Eric was fantastic! He greeted me right when I walked in and made sure my sandwich was prepared exactly the way I wanted. He even took the time to explain the menu. Definitely go see Eric!

I have been going to this location for years with no issues, today I got bread that was like a brick at 11am.

Staff did not seem to understand my order “2 x giant slim 5’s” when I received the food, the buns were burnt and rock hard. This was a terrible experience, not the Jimmy John’s experience i grew up with. Was once my favorite food to eat and this experience will have me think twice before choosing to eat Jimmy John’s again.

Very rude employees waited 30 minutes for my sandwich,while they “were on break”. don’t recommend, waste of time and money. On top of that the sandwhich wasn’t that good.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Jimmy John’s, but more than anything, it was a lesson in how not to treat people. A red-haired woman who seemed to be a manager spent the entire time micromanaging, nitpicking, and talking down to employees in front of customers. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and honestly sad to watch.
I ordered a Tuna sandwich combo and was instead handed a roast beef sandwich. When I told them it wasn’t my order, the manager made a big show of pointing out that it was a “$10 sandwich” and told her staff they “can’t make mistakes like this moving forward.” She even asked if anyone else wanted it ridiculing an employee in front of everyone over something so small. That kind of behavior doesn’t motivate people; it embarrasses them.
On top of that, my combo was rung up wrong, I was told I only ordered a sandwich, and I had to show proof I’d paid for the meal. By the time it was sorted out, the experience was completely ruined. Meanwhile, people who ordered after me got their food first because the staff seemed more focused on avoiding her wrath than serving correctly.
Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows but the way she treated her team was unacceptable. You never know who is watching, and as a customer, it ruined my meal. Respect and kindness go a long way, especially in leadership. No one should be afraid to make a mistake at work, and no one should be demeaned for simply trying to do their job.. especially not for sandwiches. I won’t be back to this location.

Jimmy john's is one of my favorite sandwich shops. They are normally always fresh and fast! So this particular location I ordered a sandwich for lunch while I was at work. I placed the order about 1215.. They received it and made it in less than ten minutes! So I'm excited thinking it would arrive shortly. The location was less than 2 miles from my job, so I knew it would arrive promptly, no worries! Twenty minutes went by, and I was still trying to be patient. So I called for an update, and the phone rang several times before a team member answered. A lady answered and called me by name as if she knew I would be calling. She proceeded to tell me that my food was on its way and my driver had just left the store. So I politely said ok and waited another twenty minutes! I called the store again several times and did not receive an answer. An hour went by. I just went back to work, hungry and very disappointed! I definitely do not recommend this location if you are hungry and looking to receive your food in a timely manner!

I come to this location often during my lunch hour given that it is close to my workplace. I am always trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but the customer service is horrible. There is one particular worker (I am not trying to be rude, but I don't know if they are male or female.) they are always so loud and rude to the other employees and to customers. and this is every time I go to this location. also, the last time I went my wrap was not cut right and it fell apart when I opened it and of course it was the worker that is rude who made it. I just don't understand, if you hate your job, find another. every time I go, I hope for better service. it is easy just to not go; however, I love jimmy johns and hope changes are being made soon.
