We ate here on a Saturday at lunchtime, and the price was $30.99 per person (dinner price). They have a wide selection of meats and side dishes. Service is great. The marinade has an authentic Korean flavor. My husband and I both really liked this place; it's much more authentic than those famous chain BBQ restaurants. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love their food and especially the LA GALBI! We go at least once a month.

Took my dad here for Christmas dinner and we had an awesome time! The food and meat selection was fresh and yummy and the service was super attentive, but we also never felt rushed at all. This was the best KBBQ experience I’ve had and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Food was alright. Service was really bad. We came on a Tuesday for lunch as a group of 6 and we were seated by the manager, Troy. He sat us at a table with 2 grills. Unfortunately, we were interrupted by kbbq grills whose fuses broke. During our lunch, the entire grill units had to be changed twice and the grill plates had to be changed another 2 times. Although the server did the best he could to quickly change the grill, it was very disruptive as the wires got on our food, we had to move out of the way, and we had to wait for the grill to start up again. The server was quite considerate and did not fail to mention the disruption to the manager. Troy, the manager, did not compensate us for the inconvenience. He even admitted that the grills on our table has been malfunctioning in a while and it got me wondering why didn’t he just put us at a different table if he already knew. Regardless nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience and we were all pretty upset at the service. It seems like neither Troy nor Kay, the owner, values their customers experiences at their restaurant. Overall not impressed at all especially at the service and food was just meh as well.

My family and I ate here for lunch and the servers had to change out the whole grill unit (not the grill plate) and the fuse FOUR TIMES. We had to get out of our chairs multiple times for the server to change the units and fuse under the table. The cables for the units got on our plates and tables during the switch out making us have to get new plates. The server changing out everything was kind and doing the best he could. HOWEVER, Tony, the host for lunch 12/23, acknowledged ongoing technical issues with the grill units at our table and still did not offer to give any compensation. The server had to bargain with Tony to give us free drinks as compensation. But we don’t typically drink alcohol nor sodas, so we just asked for a discount; Tony said he couldn’t give us a discount and was even complaining that he has been telling the owner about the technical issues with the grills and that the owner isn’t fixing them. Kay is the owner. Management and customer service (host and owner) is very unprofessional. Food was also mediocre; could have a more satisfying lunch with a better host elsewhere.

Horrible experience at Bon Kbbq. Grill didn’t work and the whole unit had to be replaced while we had food on the table. Mid meal both grills stopped working. Fuse was broken and had to be replaced again, interrupting our meal. Servers acknowledged “this side” has been having a lot of problems.
Servers were a trooper tho trying to fix our problem. Talked to the manager to give us compensation for the many interruptions during the meal. Manager acknowledged that specific table has been having problems. Both server and manager knew the table had problems then why seat us there? The restaurant had many empty tables. Manager was not apologetic of the experience there and refused compensation.
Overall poor experience. Never going back again!

The manager knew that table that we were sitting at didn’t work. They changed the stove and fuse twice because they didn’t work. When they lifted the stove, the bottom part of the stove with the dirty cable touched the cooked food on the table. The manager only compensated us with free drinks and forced us to tip. Very inconsiderate and fake apology from the manager (Tony)

Incredible experience for the price! All the side dishes and sauce options are incredible. Plus free ice cream! My favorite KBBQ spot in the area
No need for flames and fanfare…just real good food and select meats.
We’ve been to this place before they changed the name…this time the service is a lot better, servers were more attentive to us, not just during grill plate changes, but also keeping us informed about any changes to the menu. Price is still very affordable, even with LA Galbi on the menu. We only added $1.99 for lettuce leaves and chose our own Banchan. So many selections of sauces, hot food bar, as well as additional raw meats and seafood. Shrimp was a substantial size, and for the ones with exotic tastes, they have intestines too.
They’ll also give you Sikhye as a palate cleanser when you’re done, plus there’d be ice cream too 😊
Enjoy!

Service here was excellent. We came for lunch when it wasn't so busy. Everything tasted great, even the intestines my husband accidentally grabbed. We asked for recommendations from one of the servers and he brought us small portions of items for us to try. The server also went to the buffet bar and grabbed sauces he recommended with each dish, which he could have told us to do ourselves since it's self serve. At the end they gave us a ginger cinnamon dessert drink which was so yummy. Overall the food and service amazed me. Definitely a good pick for my 31st birthday!

I've been here before with my lunch buddies and they loved it. They are all adventurous from a culinary point of view so no surprise there. This time I had my retirement party there with a much more diverse group. Again they all loved it. Many said they would be back and one said he was going to bring his whole family with him next time. I think everyone loved the bulgogi and the spicy pork gogi. The jap chae was delicious too. We all left pleasantly satiated.

I have been to many different Korean bbq buffets.
But Bon KBBQ is hands down the best....
Self service to friendly staff and the selection of the buffet makes it the best bang for your wallet.
From their many banchans and meat selection absolutely something for everyone!!!
Can't wait to go back...

Been there very often food was great but today we went there for dinner and ordered meat from the menu we ordered 2 types of meat twice total 4 and we ordered the last one only 1 order but we keep waiting they don’t bring anymore. Why did you say all you can eat then and the one we ordered not so many things. Now no more for this place if you only want to make a lot of profit.
I always have a great experience in this restaurant. I highly recommend it.
