Also, their Cheesy Yumburgers are by far the tastiest plain cheese burger (i.e. no tomatoes, onions, etc beyond their sauce) I've ever had.

My KBBQ chicken was drowning in sauce, making it disgustingly salty and extra soggy. To make matters worse, I almost broke my teeth on the spaghetti because the ground meat was full of bone fragments.
The service was just as bad. I practically had to win a staring contest with the employees up front just to get acknowledged. It’s also ridiculous that, despite seeing so many employees there, no one bothered to put a sign on the soda machine to state that the ice was broken. They didn't even inform me when handing over the drink cups.
Garbage food coupled with garbage service/management. Hands down the most 'first and last' experience ever.

A bit pricey but worth the splurge. This location is consistently good. Their spicy is actually spicy so take heed. Regular is a little bland for me but the chicken is prepared fresh and fried nicely. The drink with the added Ube is also good along with their chicken sandwiches, both the fried and Korean BBQ. I've never dined in so I can't rate atmosphere.
