Fantastic cart service Dim Sum! Never had a bad visit to this place and I absolutely look forward to each visit. Be prepared to eat some great food, Highly recommend the Crispy Pork, Har Gow and Shu Mai! Dim Sum Cart service is Saturday, Sunday and holidays and well worth the visit!

This place used to be our go-to since nobody wants to wait in the line at Kirin on the weekend. After Maxim closed, there were many from there that came over but as time has gone on, most have moved on and what is left is barely adequate. Portions of dim sum are smaller...one fewer dumpling or smaller bao, etc. Service was really bad this last time. Only the lady that had fried items was consistently coming around whereas the lady with the steam cart had her cart in one area that other workers would just push to one side to get around and she seemed to only serve 3 tables when there are not only several other tables in the section but also 2 other sections. Manager lady, while clearing items off our table got the water that was sitting on bottom of the steam rack into my tea (not sure how she didn't notice as it made a loud plop that everyone heard) but she just went on and didn't even offer me a different cup for my tea. Understandably the prices have gone up as everything else had but the gradual decline of this place is making our go-to gradually become our never-again.

This us one of the best place for lunch, dinner and Dim-Sum Brunch. Children are welcome, they had an A-1 server. It's fun for kids. We had Peking duck, Tribble delight, Steamed Whole Fish, Sea Cucumber with Vegetables, all are so good!! Make sure try Dim-Sum during weekend, pushing cart with hot yummy Dim-Sum dishes going around your table. You will enjoy every minute during your meal.Kid-friendliness: Kids will like the robot server.

RACIST! is the only explanation for the horrific experience we had on Chinese new years eve.This restaurant was highly recommended by my trusted Asian friend.1- Everyone who was Asian received full service within a reasonable time of being seated after us.2-We had reservations and pre ordered.3-My full party arrived when the restaurant was empty on arrival.4- Received tea and water only After waiting 1 hour5- Waiter accepted a Tip for new years upfront and never returned.6- Spoke to the manager. 1hr 30mins later. She stated food was being cut and on its way. No apologies or explanation.7- At the 2hour mark of sitting at the table. No food arrived. No waiter. No manager. Other families had to go containers. We walked out.My Asian mom was devastated as she made the reservations and it was our 1st new years eve with friends at this location.
I was in the Plano area and decided to stop here for lunch since we were craving Chinese food. As soon as we were seated they started bringing the food carts. Good thing since I was really hungry. Their dishes are delicious and its not very expensive. We also ended up ordering off their menu. My eyes were bigger than my stomach so I ended up bringing home leftover. I'm already planning on when I can come back so I can try more dishes.
