The food is always delicious but the customer service was not it. No one spoke or even smiled. I ordered through Uber Eats but left my phone in the car and said DoorDash. The lady that was helping me looked, couldn’t find it, didn’t say anything, and proceeded to help the next person. I ordered ahead and it wasn’t ready before I got there. It was a weird experience for sure.

I really wanted to like this place, but the donut holes were quite hard, even after the staff microwaved the donut holes for me. The customer service, especially from the older woman at the counter, was disappointing. I’m surprised to see so many 5-star reviews given my experience.”

Consistently incredible donuts, perfectly soft and crispy, all for an affordable price. That being said, I wish less people knew about this place bc they keep running out of my favorites. Glad to know they're getting the business they deserve!
Placed and PAID for a custom order for a birthday celebration the day before and was told I could pick it up at 5 AM when they open. I arrived at 5:15 AM and was told they had not made my order because I ordered after hours (they close at 1:30 PM and I texted the number at 1:36 PM), but was TOLD (via text) the previous day that I could place the order and it would be ready. I drove 30 minutes only to be met with disappointment and they weren’t even apologetic.
